Sun: Soul of the Ultimate Nation (PC) E3 Quick Hands-On Preview - ( Review, Preview, Article, Interview, Q&A )

The most impressive feature is its graphics. The game using normal mapping which allows developers to reduce the polygon count without reducing the quality, therefore, you get awesome graphics with little lag.

The portion of the game I was able to play was custom set from E3 so that it would be easy to jump in and start playing. There are several different character classes all with their own strengths and weakness.

I was speaking with one of the exhibitors and he was explaining to me the way the retail game will function as far as missions. It seems that there will be an NPC that gives out quests and will randomly generate a dungeon map for your quest.

The gameplay seems smooth and entertaining, but unfortunately I wasnt able to get a real good feel for the game because of the limited playability of the E3 demo. Only time will tell, but this looks like it could be a good edition to the MMORPG genre and capture its own share of the captive market.
