1C Company and Cenega Publishing Reveal Games Convention 2006 Lineup

MOSCOW, Russia, August 3, 2006 – Leading Eastern and Central European publisher 1C Company unveiled today the 7 titles to be shown at the Games Convention (GC) in August, 2006. The lineup spans multiple genres including a first-person shooter, real-time strategy, third-person stealth action and role-playing games.
1C’s titles include: Whirlwind of Vietnam, a helicopter flight simulator from the producers of IL-2 Sturmovik; Battle Lord (a brand new game from the developers of Space Rangers and Space Rangers 2), a fantasy adventure RPG with turn-based battles; Death to Spies a third-person stealth-action title pitting one covert agent in real-life missions from WWII; You Are Empty, a tense first-person shooter with a fascinating storyline and unusual setting; and Theatre of War, the most accurate WWII strategy game ever created with graphics and physics to match. 1C has a multitude of other new and original titles that will be coming out in 2006 - 2007 not mentioned above. Information on these titles will be available during any meeting upon request.
CENEGA PUBLISHING will be presenting two of its forthcoming titles at GC: El Matador, a third-person action game, which puts the player in the role of a special DEA agent fighting narcomafia in South America; and UFO: Afterlight, a sequel to the successful UFO: Afterlight and UFO: Aftershock, which puts a new coat and features to the proven combination of global strategy and small-scale tactics, this time on Mars.
1C Company and CENEGA PUBLISHING will be located at booth E70 in Hall 2 at the Games Convention Business Center.
