Activision and Cabela's announce Hunt Across America Tour - Be the first to play in your city

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – SEPTEMBER 2, 2010 – Activision Publishing, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) and Cabela’s today announced details on its forthcoming “Hunt Across America Tour”. This nationwide tour allows hunting enthusiasts and gamers alike to be among the first to play the Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011 and Cabela’s North American Adventures video games on Wii™, Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system.

With a decked-out trailer pulled by a hunting-themed truck, the Hunt Across America Tour rig will be easy to spot – even without a scope – as it stops at Cabela’s and GameStop stores all over the nation. Those who stop by the tour will get their hands on the TOP SHOT ELITE, the first-of-its-kind wireless hunting controller for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and an innovative new peripheral for Wii. The groundbreaking TOP SHOT ELITE will come bundled with Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011 and will allow players to have an authentic hunting experience right in their own homes.

The “Hunt Across America” tour starts on Sept. 3 near Austin, Texas, continues across the country and back, making its final stop on Oct. 24 in San Francisco, Calif.
