Avanquest Software Publishing has released two new Nintendo DS games. I Love Horses and Pony Luv put the player in charge of adorable horses and ponies that need plenty of care and attention. The games are full of the challenges faced by real horse owners and provide a fun way of practising to care for a new pet.
Pony Luv DS
Pony Luv, the top selling PC title, is now available on Nintendo DS, bringing the joy of owning a pet that stays cute forever to a handheld format. Players can select the name and gender of their pony, then choose from six different breeds, including Dartmoor, Welsh Mountain and Connemara to create their own special pet. Ponies should be kept well fed, groomed and exercised, keeping them fit and healthy to earn special rewards.
Players can teach their new friend tricks and enter them into Dressage competitions for the chance to win prizes. Any money earned must be spent by the player on new equipment and food for their companion. A well-loved pony will earn rewards for its owner who can then shower their pet with special treats.
I Love Horses DS
I Love Horses puts the player in the saddle of pony enthusiast Annie Greenhill and her farm full of cute horses. The farm is a fun, interactive place with plenty of areas to explore. Players carry out all the jobs of a real stable-hand including feeding and mucking out the horses, using the stylus to interact and become a hands-on groom.
The game also features twenty fun and challenging activities to master. Players can try show jumping, racing, obstacle courses and even gymnastics on horseback, earning rewards for their hard work and dedication. Only the top players will be able to train their horse successfully and win the big competition.
