Hamburg/Germany: May 15, 2007 – Beautiful Bermudas: Today, ANACONDA unveils the very first looks on its new wacky PC adventure game So Blonde:
These first background screenshots are a foretaste on So Blonde’s excellence in its graphical quality. They are showing the backgrounds of some first ingame locations – but still without any characters in it.
Literally: Beautiftul background drawings will guarantee Bermuda-like and pirate atmosphere. Tropical beaches, simple thatched huts, but also mystical, dark voodoo temples, in which the natives worship a god who’s apparently not that pacific, are seen on the island, which is Sunny Blonde’s new home for now.
It’s her task to master lunatic adventures – and to save, for example, her MP3 player from the depths of the scary voodoo temple. Seems easy, but the natives regard it as a holy gift from the gods…
An involuntary stay on a completely unfamiliar island, with no way of knowing how she will ever leave it, is one thing. More severe for Sunny is that all of a sudden she will have to make do without all her luxurious accessories: her cell phone gets no coverage, her make-up is all messed up, and there doesn’t appear to be a shopping mall in walking distance. And her troubles are only getting started: through some freak of time and space, she seems to have been transported several centuries back and landed in the middle of an age ruled by pirates and buccaneers.
Quite a problem for Sunny Blonde – and it’s up to PC gamers to solve it in the crazy adventure game So Blonde. Renowned adventure game writer Steve Ince (“Broken Swordâ€) is responsible for the game’s unusual story. Gamers will not only be faced with adventure and puzzling riddles but will see the protagonist grow from rich, spoiled luxury girl to a courageous survivor.
