About the composer
Troels Folmann lives in San Francisco, CA/US. Mr. Folmann has a background as a commercial composer doing soundtracks for games, commercials and feature films.
Mr. Folmann originally started at Crystal Dynamics as a Ph.D. scholar in game music. The studies involved a variety of new compositional methodologies, which eventually became embedded into the Tomb Raider Legend score. One of the most unique methods is referred to as: "Micro-scoring". Micro-scoring fully allows the game music to adapt to player actions and the end-result is a score that fully complement the player experience.
