REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2005--Electronic Arts (Nasdaq:ERTS - News) announced today that it has completed its previously announced purchase of 3,497,049 shares of Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. from Talpa Beheer B.V. for a purchase price of 19.69 Euros per share.
