Redwood City, CA - February 29, 2008 - Funcom and Eidos today released all-new screenshots, wallpapers and info for their highly anticipated MMO, Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures, the profusely savage PC title venturing to disembowel online gaming as we know it. With these new assets, fans will gain a deeper look into the captivating world of Hyboria and its barbarous inhabitants.
Based on Robert E. Howard's dark universe, Age of Conan is the first mature-themed MMO to be introduced to the consumer market. Incorporating advanced technologies, stunning graphics and dramatic 7.1 surround sound, the game promises to immerse players in a magical and brutal world where fierce combat experiences lurk around every corner. Interest in Age of Conan has already reached fever pitch with over 500,000 fans signing up to participate in the beta.
