This agreement extends to GameTap the rights for distribution and sale of Ubisoft games through GameTap’s games-on-demand subscription service and its digital retail store.

GameTap’s burgeoning digital retail shop will offer an even larger selection of Ubisoft titles available for purchase and download. Ubisoft games started arriving in the shop on June 23, 2009 with the release of Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X.™ and Prince Of Persia®. This represents the first time Ubisoft’s games have been available for sale from the re-vamped GameTap shop.
