BERLIN - January 18, 2012 – Infernum, the Berlin-based publisher and developer of online games, has released a new trailer video for the upcoming release of its cross-platform online game Brick-Force. The in-game video shows a range of game modes, which players can experience in self-designed worlds of the sandbox fun-shooter. Features such as the classics “Capture the Flag“, “Deathmatch“ or “Defusion“ mode in which bombs are planted, defused, and defended bring explosive entertainment into the newly created maps.
In the edgy world of Brick-Force, there is plenty of variety to go around: With different Bricks players create their own world according to their imagination by themselves or within teams. These maps are then playable for personal shooter matches or can be shared with the community. Solo or together with friends, the square heroes face off against team-mates (PvP) or computerized opponents (PvE) with humorous designed challenges.
Before Brick-Force goes live this spring, fans can now register for closed beta at the official website www.brick-force.com to build, share and play.
Brick-Force – Build, Share, Play
This sandbox fun-shooter allows players to create worlds and maps that they’ve always dreamed of, brick by brick. They can also share these virtual playgrounds with community and use them as the backdrop for fast paced shooter hunts against fellow players or computerized opponents. This comic style online game is built on the ‘Unity 3D’ engine and will be playable directly in a web browser. The ‘sandbox’ mode, in which players use simple building blocks to construct complex environments, can be played on social networks and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Brick-Force is being developed by Korean game developer EXE Games as a co-production with Infernum. Beta and launch of the free-to-play title in Europe and North America are planned for spring 2012. www.brick-force.com
