Wonderland Online: Pets of Wonderland

It doesn’t get much lonelier than a deserted island - stranded alone on the beach with nothing but the crashing waves and chattering monkeys gets old real quick. That’s probably the island life what Hollywood has taught us, but it’s totally different in Wonderland Online (http://wl.igg.com/main.php). Fortunately in this island paradise, the animals are much cuter and friendlier, and the natives much less inclined to marinate you with their eyes.
Pet’s Types
In Wonderland there are two main types of pets – Human and Beast. Both of these pet classes can be ridden, although the Wonderland Online team says the Beasts provide a smoother ride. The Humans, not to be outdone, feature immense strength and a much more appealing appearance – think Tarzan Fabio. The team also provides many interesting pet shows where players can showcase their best pets from both categories for onlookers to ‘ooh and awe’ while nabbing prizes like most powerful and best attack.
Where do pets come from?
Most of the human pets are not obtained by the obviously sinister methods that first come to mind (billy club and burlap sack?), rather they are closer in stature to teammates, and will join a player’s team when they’ve completed the requisite quest.
Beast pets seem to be a bit easier, as player need only break their spirit in combat and then capture them, like Pokemon of the Wild West. When their HP gets low enough they should be no problem to catch. Both of these classes of pets can be upgraded through training and leveling, and with additional items and gear.
