Mideast Crisis Tournaments Opens

Sunday 23:59 GMT, Isotx, Netherlands: Isotx officially announce the launch of a C&C Generals: Zero Hour mod “Mideast Crisis†prize-bearing tournament. Participation is free for all. To join the tournament, players are encouraged to email their name, nick, and side (Israel or Syria) to tournament@isotx.com . The mod files are freely available on www.isotx.com or through the automatic ModToaster tool.
Tournament prizes are: 60gb iPod Video, a 4gb iPod Nano, and copies of C&C: The First Decade.
About Mideast Crisis 1.5
"The crisis in the Middle East is escalating as the isolated border skirmishes between Israel and Syria have suddenly blown into a full war. Syrian and Israeli armor and air forces are clashing in the Golan Heights across a wide front and with significant regularity. According to reliable sources in the Israeli government and Syrian military, both sides are attempting to take control of the majority of the Heights and force the opposing side to submit to an armistice granting uncontested control of the area. Both sides appear evenly matched - the outcome of this conflict will depend on the skill of the commanders."
This is the fictional settings in which the game takes place. The previous version of the game, Mideast Crisis 1, gained gamers attention through the professional level of game play and game design, that included authentic sounds, professional graphics, and interesting gameplay.
Mideast 1.5 improves these features and comes up with an even sharper gameplay and balance.
