Toronto, Canada, July 16, 2007. Longbow Digital Arts has released new screenshots for "Hegemony: Philip of Macedon", their historically based, RTS wargame that chronicles the rise to power of Alexander the Great's father, Philip of Macedon.
In "Hegemony: Philip of Macedon" you conquer the Ancient Greek World on one giant continuous 3D map. Arrange formations and initiate combined-arms tactics, then move in close to watch the battles unfold, or zoom out seamlessly to the 2D parchment map, without interrupting gameplay, for a grand strategic overview.
These screenshots show hoplites in battleline formations, views of the 2D parchment map and a Macedonian Phalanx.
