Space Force Rogue Universe Launching this August
2nd July, 2007. One of the most beautiful and open ended space simulations ever created for PC ships across Australasia this August, with Space Force : Rogue Universe offering a unique slant on the genre.

Two vastly different gametypes are melded together in the Space Force sequel, giving players a strikingly varied experience of the game. The first is a story driven campaign that lets players scour the galaxy and seek revenge for their family. The second is a more open ended role playing game that does away with the story and lets players explore the galaxy and pursue more than 2000 side quests on their own.

At the heart of the adventure is your choice of combat craft that can be customised in a variety of ways: speed, target system, jammer, shield, armour, weaponry, afterburner, cargo space and weight. In game, players can engage in trade, exploration, combat, crafting, questing and diplomacy in addition to ship development and a range of other activities. Mind-blowing warps through wormholes and long-distance space gates also add a bizarre twist to the journey.

Developer, Provox have also focused heavily on the game’s visuals, in the process crafting one of the most beautiful renditions of stars, planets and deep space yet. Ship designs range from sleek to surreal and the combat has been noted for its intensity and realism. As a simple example, the game captures the impact of blinding lighting in aerial combat like few sims have before.

Following a successful North American launch, Space Force Rogue Universe will be launched across Australia and New Zealand on August 24th, 2007 by N3VRF41L Publishing. For more information on the game, visit http://www.n3vrf41l.com/spaceforce_rogue_universe.php.
