SANTA CLARA, Calif., (August 30, 2006) – Leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. announced today that One Piece(TM): Grand Adventure is now available in retail stores for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system and Nintendo GameCube(R). With a fierce spirit for adventure, the Strawhat crew continues its quest for the Grand Line and acquires new members to assist them on a new fighting game based on the popular One Piece comic and anime series featured in Shonen Jump and Cartoon Network. One Piece: Grand Adventure gives worthy pirates a chance to experience an abundance of new characters, mini-games, the intense Free-moving vs. Battle action system and several unexplored regions to visit on an exciting new voyage.

One Piece: Grand Adventure implements the Accel-Heat System that enables powerful attacks taken straight from the animated TV series.
