Manga Fighter Second Closed Beta Begins

OnNet USA would like to announce the release of the 2nd closed beta for Manga Fighter. Closed beta will start on Friday, June 29th 2007 and end on July 5th 2007. As requested from the first closed beta the servers will be open 24 hours a day for the first 4 days of closed beta. We have added new content, maps, and items into the game and we will have new contest for this closed beta. Below is a list of the new contest and some content that we will have.
Naming Contest
This event will begin on June 29th and run until July 20th. We have added 3 new weapons and 1 new map for the closed beta. We need your help to come up with names for these items. After you get a chance to explore the new map and use these weapons you can submit your ideas for the names of these new additions. If your idea is selected you will win a $30 gift certificate to Animepalce.com. Here is a brief description of the new weapons and map.
Paint gun which is very portable and reload speed is fast. On the downside, the power is relatively weak.
Paint gun which has great accuracy and less counter kick after the shoot.
Paint gun which has the greatest power. On the other hand, it has great kickback counter reaction and not many bullets can be loaded.
Egypt pyramid theme concept map. It will give feeling that you are fighting in a tower. There are rock traps and fire floor trap which will affect game play a lot.
In-Game Events
We will have two new in game events and one returning event from the first closed beta. The in game events will last from June 29th until July 5th. Here is how these contests will work.
Highest Exp and Best Kill/Death Ratio
The players with the top 5 highest experience points at the end of closed beta will receive prizes. The new ranking system will keep track of how much exp you gain per day and keep a running total for the closed beta.
1st $70 gift certificate to Anime Palace and a full set of Manga Fighter Action figures
2nd $50 gift certificate to Anime Palace and a full set of Manga Fighter Action figures
3rd $30 gift certificate to Anime Palace and a full set of Manga Fighter Action figures
4th A full set of Manga Fighter Action Figures
5th A full set of Manga Fighter Action Figures.
The ranking system will also keep track of how many kills and deaths you have for the closed beta as well. The top 5 players with the best Kill/Death ratio will win prizes as well (in order to be eligible for this contest you must have at least 500 kills). Here are the prizes for these contests:

2nd $50 gift certificate to Anime Palace and a full set of Manga Fighter Action figures
3rd $30 gift certificate to Anime Palace and a full set of Manga Fighter Action figures

Return of the GM’s!
The last event that we will have is the GM vs. Players event. Players will have a chance to fight against the GM’s in a Team Death Match event. Everyday at a random time the GM team will come online and issue a challenge to the players. This is a first come first serve event. The GM’s will continue to accept matches until there is a winning player team or a maximum of 5 games have been played (which ever comes first). Winning Teams will receive a full set of Manga Fighter Action Figures. If no team wins for that day no prizes will be awarded.

Free In-Game Item
Anybody who participates in the closed beta (1 and 2) will receive a free in-game backpack item for your character. This item will only be offered for closed beta testers who have at least 50 kill during the test. The item will be distributed during the open beta test.
