(Foster City, CA) March 15, 2012 -- Perfect World Entertainment Inc., a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Perfect World Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PWRD), today launched the exclusive Alpha Test for the highly anticipated action-based massively multiplayer online game, RaiderZ.
A select few have been granted access to the kingdom of Rendal to fearlessly test their skills against unreal monsters in the dynamic, open-world environment of the RaiderZ Alpha Test.
"In RaiderZ , characters are not bound to any one class or skillset," said Tony Kim, Product Manager, Perfect World Entertainment. "And though we just launched, the Alpha Test is already proving to show a mixed bag of fighting styles and unique team strategies. Watching RaiderZ come alive is exciting and we love what our players are already bringing to the table."
RaiderZ fetures intense, twitched-based gameplay and unites gamers with a common goal: seek and destroy epic monsters, sometimes even employing a monster's own severed limbs as weapons.
Level progression in RaiderZ is based on skill and determined by weapon choice. In the world of RaiderZ, one can heal while tanking monsters or deal high damage ranged attacks in a suit of armor. With more than 350 skills to choose from, hunters can be unique and designed to complement one another.
