Phantom EFX Enters 2007 as the No. 1 Publisher of PC Card/Casino Games and with the Top-Selling Title

CEDAR FALLS, IA (January 19, 2007) – Phantom EFX, the leader in ultra-realistic PC casino games, announces their 2007 position as the No. 1 publisher at retail in the PC Card/Casino game category. Their latest slots title, Real Deal Slots: Mystic Forest, is the top selling retail title in the Card/Casino category.

The recent December retail reports show that Phantom EFX has a clear position as the top PC Card/Casino publisher. The introduction of two new titles in September 2006 helped propel Phantom EFX to the top of the retail channel. Reel Deal Slots: Mystic Forest and Reel Deal Casino: High Roller have been their most successful launches to date – hitting the top of the rankings in only two months.
Mystic Forest has quickly climbed to the top spot as the best-selling title in the Card/Casino category, with more than 30 percent more dollar volume than the second place title. Equally impressive is the title’s position outside of its category as the No. 3 best-selling game in the Family Entertainment
Category. Phantom EFX’s casino title, High Roller, is also climbing the rankings each month. The title currently holds the No. 4 spot in the Card/Casino
category, and is the No. 9 best-selling game in the Family Entertainment category.
Reel Deal Slots: Mystic Forest is the next generation in PC slots games. Offering over 25 brand new 5-Reel and 3-Reel slots from which to choose, the
Mystic Forest slot engines identically emulate casino play. Players navigate through new graphics and features, bonus rounds and surprises. Mystic Forest has all new, interactive prize vaults where consumers can even find a game-within-a-game.
