14th March 2005 - The 2005 FORMULA ONE season received a boost today with the announcement of the official games of FORMULA ONE from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe - FORMULA ONE 05TM (PlayStationÂ®2) & F1 Grand PrixTM (PSPTM). The ultimate FORMULA ONE driving game is available in two formats, on PlayStation 2 for driving at home and on PSP for short play, high exhilaration, professional racing on the go.
Fans now have the best of both worlds with a game that not only captures the 'real' essence of the sport but delivers an unrivalled experience with real racing satisfaction. FORMULA ONE 05 & F1 Grand Prix boast all the official cars, drivers and teams, including the new Turkey Circuit, which means you can race the track before the lights go out on August 21st.
Driving fans will be able to explore new functions with now interactive pit stops, a variety of new modes and the opportunity to race in the cars that have made FORMULA ONE history.

New Competition: Go online for the ultimate head-to-head racing experience where you can battle against players from all over the world; prove yourself in the world ranking ladders where your best lap time and average speeds across circuits are judged against other drivers or join a 'buddy' list so can regularly take on head to head a group of players to become the ultimate champion.
