Build-A-Bear Workshop for the Nintendo DS Crowned With the 2008 NAPPA Honors
SANTA MONICA, Calif. - October 3, 2008 – The Game Factory, an international publisher of family-friendly and casual videogames, received top honors from the National Parenting Publication Awards (NAPPA) for its Build-A-Bear Workshop game.

The Build-A-Bear Workshop® game is a simulation video game for the Nintendo DSTM which recreates the Build-A-Bear Workshop in-store experience. The game allows consumers to enjoy the Build-A-Bear Workshop activities in the same hands-on and do-it-yourself manner found in the retail stores. This level of interactivity is achieved through the use of the Nintendo DS touch screen and wireless technology, enhanced graphics as well as an innovative control mechanism.
