November 18, 2013 — Wargaming, the leading free-to-play developer and publisher, today announced the release of version 0.9 for World of Warplanes Assistant, a new mobile app designed to provide pilots with detailed information on their battles and personal in-game statistics. The app is available for iOS devices, with the Android version to be released shortly.
“Since World of Warplanes is now live, we wanted to ensure there was an optimized way to deliver all of the important data to gamers at all times”, said Vlad Belozerov, World of Warplanes' Director of Global Operations. “It’s far more convenient to have on-the-go access to information, whether you want to check on your stats or look through the entire game’s roster”.
Along with the ability to find detailed information on all aircraft vehicles within the game, the app offers players the option to compare warplanes of the same class and easily look up the specs of any warbird even when offline. World of Warplanes Assistant also enables players to view leader boards within a selected aircraft class.

About World of Warplanes
World of Warplanes is a flight combat MMO action game set in the Golden Age of military aviation. Throwing players into a never-ending tussle for air dominance, the game allows aircraft enthusiasts to pursue full-scale careers as virtual pilots, earning their wings in intense 15-vs-15 battles where supremacy in the air depends not only on a fast trigger ringer, but also coordinated teamwork.
Players can choose from three main warplane classes: swift fighters capable of engaging enemies in close dogfights, heavy fighters with deadly straight attacks and formidable armor, and ground-attack planes, able to unleash bombs and other armaments against even the most fortified ground targets.
World of Warplanes features more than 100 vehicles from Germany, the Soviet Union, USA, Japan and Great Britain. Every warplane features multiple modular configurations, allowing for customization across weapons, ammo types, engines, and other aircraft components. These components can be mixed and matched to provide players with the ability to outfit their warbird for any combat situation or role.
