Ayumi does looks seductively sexy in her short combat suit… but the Gaijin Entertainment developers thought that a change of clothing and a bunch of new gunblades might appeal to some of you out there... but they ain't free, no sir! At the beginning of the game Ayumi has her sexy outfit on when she's hunting treasure and monsters – but as soon as "X-Blades" is played a while in Easy, Average or Difficult mode, the new combat suits and bonus weapons are made available to the hard-working player - and they don't just look good, they have special properties too!
The player can choose for example between regenerative and protective outfits. Depending on what's selected, the life energy can build up faster, or damage points meted out by enemy attacks won't be so severe. Equipped like that Ayumi is perfectly prepared for the challenging bossfights!
