add option to set AI behaviour as defensive / balanced / aggressive
add option to set traffic as off / presetting / low / normal / rush hour
add cheatcode to achieve mission goals for Average- and Topspeed and Driftpoints (type "welldone" in 3D engine!)
add some changes and checks to internal traffic limit to avoid crashes
