zzDeathmatch is NOT meant to be a full featured and super-fun mod. For example, in normal deathmatch mode, the player only spawns with 2 weapons (a rifle and a pistol). There are NO weapon pickups. There are NO ammo pickups. There are NO health packs. There is NO attempt to balance any of the weapons. Everybody has all the same weapons
