Condor: The Competition Soaring Simulator v1.0.8 Patch Full Install

Added provisional support for Simkits (only active when simkits.ini is available).
Added protection for flight tasks. Host has option to not allow user to save the task. If you want to load the flightplan from the flighttrack or IGC, user gets warning message that weather is randomized and not equal to the server task.
Dedicated server now no longer needs a copy of everything, if DS is on other location than Condor installation and is on the same computer. So if user wants to have more DS on same computer in independent directories, he needs to have DS, *.ini and raceresults subdir.
