- fixed bg_fall. walls should respawn fine now
- removed bg_freedom. it had too many problems
- bg_township and bg_saratoga removed due to exploits
- removed bg_abbey_b3 due to the smoke not working
- added some safeguards in server code
- fixed a client crash bug
- toned down flashpan smoke a bit
