Description:
* Solved a processor compatibility problem: Stopped using a processor feature which isn't present in all processors or might not be implemented properly on a processor. This should solve most compatibility problems with the game.
* Some multi-core processors without a QPC patch have issues with the timing method that the game is using (causing abnormal delays and/or speed-ups) so we made a work-around solution for them.
