Description:

- Fixed friendly fire
- Combine/rebels animations fixed
- You can spawn/use combines/rebels in maps now
- Made some changes to the scoreboard
- 10 seconds wait-time before you can respawn
- Turret fixed in antlion_troopers2
- Some other bugfixes and extra's
