2.3 [CODE] Added "kill" and "changeclass" commands to the Keyboard Options menu
2.3 [CODE] Fixed bug where Combine Gunship would sometimes crash the server
2.3 [CODE] Fixed bug where clients would crash when an invalid entity index was specified for the spawn effect
2.3 [CODE] Fixed bug where player shadows were causing players to crash during model transitions while player is connecting and disconnecting
2.3 [CODE] Added console variable "mp_respawndelay" which sets the time for which players must wait before they are able to spawn again
