Description:
Fixed instant conversion bug that allowed WarChiefs to immediately convert units.
Addressed some possible exploits and added further file validation.
Set default shader quality to low for Intel G965.
Fixed population problems created by a number of Home City cards, most notably the German Uhlans.
Changed effect when a unit is healed to be less resource intensive and obstructing.
