Sony Computer Entertainment America released April sales numbers for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2 and PSP hardware, as well as software. It seems that 187,071 PS3 units were sold in April and over 1 million copies of Grand Theft Auto IV for PS3 were sold in the same month across North America. 23.6% of U.S. PS3 owners purchased a copy of the game. Jeuxvideo.fr is reporting that Michel Ancel, Ubisoft designer, has revealed in the latest issue of JeuxVideo Magazine that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is under development. The game is in pre-production phase and is waiting the Ubisoft's approval. The team behind the game consist of 10-12 people.

The third title in the Dance Dance Revolution series to be unveiled during Konami's Gamers Day 2008 is Dance Dance Revolution Universe 3 for Xbox 360. The game ships with over 70 songs from 70s to today, as well as a DJ and a City Mode. There is also an Enhanced Quest mode where you can customize your own character with over 400 options of clothing, faces, skin tones and hair styles. OGPlanet has announced the launch of Nation War server, a place where Cabal Online players are able to engage in warfare on a colossal scale. The Nation War server is dedicated to the epic battle between the two nations represented in the game; Capella and Procyon. Each day, at 6 p.m. Pacific time, 100 warriors from each nation will struggle to overtake outposts controlled by massively powerful guardians, kill off the invaders from the other nation, and ultimately take control of the opposing nation's capitol to control the battlefield. Agetec today announced that Fading Shadows, a game developed by Ivolgamus for the PSP, will be released the US early summer 2008. Fading Shadows has the player take control of a beam of light in order to lead an orb through dungeons, swamps, mountains, and around rivers - all while avoiding traps and solving increasingly difficult puzzles! Players will also need to keep up with their surroundings as they occasionally transform the orb's state to either glass, metal, or wood.
