This simple strategic mod recreatess the historic west empire situation. Is is hard to have popolation growing as to leave paganism to get the needed christian growing boost. But the empire with barbarian colonization (locanda buildings) can get the needed barbarian colonizers and cheap military units (the foederatii fo Atilla).Naturally Mediolanum is the real military capital not Rome.
