Connecting to the server will be possible only if the host's version of the game is the same as yours.
Patch 1.0005 addresses the following changes:
The optional net traffic compression on a Multi-Player server is now disabled by default. This allows to host dedicated servers on computers with low and average performance
Saved games from 1.0004 version will work with 1.0005 version.
