Added x5 Game Speed

Non-nupmad keys +,- and * now perform the same game function as the numpad keys
Right click places a flag for the selected squad
Changes:
Temples are now unlocked at level 4 Forum
Fixes:
Memory leaks fixed
Error message shown in case of insufficient hardware
