Warning:
After installing this patch, you will not be able to reload games that you have saved when playing with previous version 2.2x.
This limitation is due to new structures of information created in this improved 2.32 version that are technically incompatibles with previous version.
Note however, that you are still able to reload your players profiles, and your customization kits.
Main improvements and corrections in this version:
-speed optimization for lower PC configurations
-csv custom kit exportation improvement
-country & regions merging (economy stabilization)
-update of english text localizations (dialogs and newspaper articles)
-various budget stars changes and corrections for few countries.
-names in polish for in-game polish characters
-geopolitical data updates for various countries
-correction for constructions (economic aspect)
-correction for secret services (economic aspect)
-correction of the printed value for nuclear plants power
-various corrections for organizations
