Project of Planets v1.1.003 to v1.1.004 Open Beta Client Patch

1.Added the quest to get Christmas Stockings and Christmas Cards from NPC Santa Claus on Base Abergate. The prizes include double experience buff and other attractive items.
2.Added the quest to collect the whole 12 Collection of Christmas Cards at NPC Santa Claus. The cards can be obtained from daily Santa Claus given stocking or drops from mobs. The rewards are abundant.
3.Added the Christmas Battlefield where players ranging from level 15 to 60 can go to defend Santa Claus's home from being robbed by monsters. There are Reputation Point, EC and weapon rewards respectively.
4. Adjusted the maintenance fee to a lower basis.
