You may download it now for smoother connection to game after the scheduled maintenance on March 30, 2011 GST (Global Server Time).
However, DO NOT install the client before the official maintenance starts. If you do, you will risk not being able to connect to game. Please install the client during the maintenance hours. ALSO, you must uninstall the existing client completely before installing the new client.
