1. WELCOME TO THE GARAGE
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The creation of this guide was inspired to a great deal by System Error's
cool Bulletproof Car guide for GTA: San Andreas which covered comprehensively
the special vehicles that can be found in the game. So all efforts to try to
make this one a cool guide as well would be significantly attributed to that
cool dude.

Ok, so it's all about the Special Vehicles in GTA: Liberty City Stories. You
might then ask, so what's so special about these special vehicles? We are
talking here of practically any ride able means of transportation, most of
which are land-based and basically of similar types to the ones you can find
driving around the cities except that they have some extra/different
qualities which are not your regular staple.

If you've played the GTA Trilogy before (GTA3, Vice City & San Andreas), part
of those games' bonus stuffs are these so-called special vehicles you can
find in different missions. In a broader sense they can be considered also as
part of the games' Easter Eggs or hidden stuffs, except that throughout the
years they've been somewhat classified differently.

They have special properties which are not obtainable from ordinary vehicles
you see driving around in free roam, neither would you be able to create
these properties (without using cheat codes or a mod device) in-game. These
properties may range from the trivial like a slightly different feature to
something really very useful like the bulletproofing.

Basically, we're talking here of four main aspects that make these vehicles
special:

1) Proofing. Vehicle protection from certain types of destruction.
2) Exclusive colors in their vehicle class.
3) Uniqueness. A type of vehicle that's one of its kind.
4) Rarity. Something that's difficult to find or obtain.

We're referring here to mostly mission-based vehicles, both storyline mission
and side mission ones, having these properties assigned to them in the game
script, legitimately special to say it another way and obtainable without
cheating. Cheating may be fun to an extent but somehow also spoils the fun
and challenge.

I will include in this guide as valid contributions only those that are not
cheat-modded special vehicles, or vehicles whose special properties have not
been altered by using modding device or cheat codes. Rather strict huh? Well
that should encourage you to brush up more on your gamesmanship then.

This guide would be divided into six sections:

1.PROOFED VEHICLES
2.EXCLUSIVELY COLORED VEHICLES
3.UNIQUE VEHICLES
4.RARE VEHICLES
5.IDENTICAL SEPCIAL VEHICLES
6.UNOBTAINABLE SPECIAL VEHICLES.

This will also attempt to document practically every single special vehicle
you can find in the game, inclusion of many of them will mainly be for the
purpose of completion of the list only. Definitely not all of them are worth
the trouble acquiring or that many of them are practically useless to have,
aside from the fact that there aren't enough garages to store them.

Some methods will include a few details in the walkthrough, so please just
bear with reading through them. They might be useful in giving you a bigger
picture of the environment you have to work around on to facilitate your
quest for the special vehicles.

Regularly this guide will be updated if new finds and/or better methods were
submitted. Once a list is completed, any additional contributions on the same
vehicle(s) will be entertained as confirmations.

So maybe now we're clear about everything somehow? If you have something to
contribute or inform me about anything related to this guide, please write me
here:

srgvm2005@yahoo.com

I'll be more than glad to correspond with you on anything about special
vehicles ONLY, but not on anything else about the game. Please just do that
in the proper forum or consult other guides.

5. GARAGE FACTS AND FEATURES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Just like in GTA3, you are given in this game only one garage per island
where you can store your vehicles, but unlike in GTA3, these garages are not
opened from the very start of the game. You don't need to buy them though
like in Vice City and San Andreas, but you do have to complete all the main
missions in one island and proceed to the next to open the safehouse and be
able to save in its garage.

The three safehouses with garages are located in 1) St. Markís, Portland
Island 2) Newport, Staunton Island and 3) Cedar Grove, Shore side Vale.

In particular, you can use your Portland Island safehouse after you complete
your very first mission Home Sweet Home, your Staunton Island safehouse will
open after you accomplish the mission Driving Mr. Leone for Salvatore, and
your Shoreside Vale safehouse will be accessible once you have passed the
mission Love On The Rocks for Donald Love.

Early on in Portland you can utilize some cheat less tricks that can
transport you to the other two islands where you can find some of the special
vehicles already, but given that you cannot save in any of the
safehouses/garages there yet, itís almost pointless to even bother going
there for the special vehicles unless you just want to complete doing other
stuffs.

Due to the very limited garage given to you and the fact that there are quite
a lot of special vehicles you can find, that logically means you must decide
which ones only you need to get. Quite obviously itís practical to collect
the bulletproof ones although this is best left to anyone's preference.

*****************************************************************************
5.01: Garage Capacity
*****************************************************************************

Contrary to some perceptions, you can maximize storage in your garages even
when you get a message that you've reached maximum capacity already. All the
garages in this game have an Absolute Capacity of 4 vehicles, even though the
game dictates a technical capacity of only 1 in Portland and 2 in Staunton
and 3 in Shoreside Vale.

By Absolute Capacity we refer to the maximum number of vehicles you can
actually save in the garage without the risk of being "eaten" by it.
By Technical Capacity we mean at how many vehicles the garages will
automatically open to allow you to store any vehicle. This function is
perhaps designed as a safety mechanism, allotting one to two vehicles
equivalent of vacant space in the garages to prevent stored vehicles from
possibly disappearing. This does not necessarily mean though that you can't
store any more than what's allotted to you technically in the game.
Maximizing vehicle storage will also boil down to some clever layout of the
vehicles inside the garage in relation to their sizes.

In brief, here is a list of the approximate number and sample types of
vehicles that can be stored in your garages:

1.PORTLAND ISLAND
Capacity: 3 or 4 (risky though)
Vehicles: Samples of what can be stored here are:
  a. Storage 1:(1)Thunder Rodd, (1)Banshee, (1)Avenger and (1)Faggio or
               PCJ 600
  b. Storage 2:(1)Thunder Rodd, (1)Manana, (1)Avenger and (1)Freeway

2.STAUNTON ISLAND
  Capacity: 4
Vehicles: Can vary on the size of the vehicles you're storing but samples
of what can be stored here are:
  a. Storage 1:(1)Banshee, (1)Stallion, (1)Rhino and (1)Faggio
  b. Storage 2:(1)Banshee, (1)Stallion, (1)Patriot and (1)Stretch
  c. Storage 3:(1)Maverick, (1)Leone Sentinel, (1)Patriot and
               (1)Forelli Exsess

3.SHORESIDE VALE
  Capacity: 4
Vehicles: Can vary on the size of the vehicles you're storing but samples
of what can be stored here are:
  a. Storage 1:(2)Forelli Exsess, (1)Patriot, and (1)Stretch
  b. Storage 2:(2)Forelli Exsess, (1)Landstalker, and (1)Stretch
  c. Storage 1:(1)Rhino(risky), (1)Patriot, and (1)Stretch

A Rhino can fit in the Shoreside Vale garage despite the low height of the
door, but it will take a risky attempt to do so. You can drive the tank in
somehow by turning the turret around and just force it in, but the tricky
part is in getting it out.

Know the size of the car you're storing and try experimenting with how you
can position them inside. You can try storing all of them sideways or just
some of them, depending on the length and width of a certain car. Take note
that the Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale garages have a high ceiling and
allow enough room for you to conveniently jump on small size cars should you
need to push them out after jamming them in. In the Portland garage, though
the ceiling is lower, you can still have room to manage on jumping on a small
car like the Manana or a Banshee.

When storing a car and if the garage door won't open anymore, one way to
bypass this is to grab a small to medium sized car or a motorbike and use it
to wedge the door open, parking it half in and half out, and then drive the
vehicle you wish to store while the door is opened. There maybe occasions
when the door will remain opened after you've parked in the vehicle to be
stored. If this happens, you can just get in another vehicle you can grab
nearby without leaving the garage door opened long enough or going too far
away from it, and for some reasons the garage door will just automatically
close for you.

There have been problems in most GTA games but more notably in San Andreas
regarding cars vanishing in garages, one cause of which is believed to be in
having more than the supposed maximum capacity. It could be one cause but it
might depend also on a case-to-case basis.

It might be helpful also to do the missions in a certain order to be able to
obtain one more extra special car beyond your garage capacity, which you can
then just save until the next island opens and the garage in your safe house
is useable already.

*****************************************************************************
5.02: Garage Feature
*****************************************************************************

Thereís at least one garage feature that varies between the PSP and PS2
platforms: its ability to restore destroyed vehicles.

On the PS2 version, all the garages do not restore any destroyed vehicle
unlike in the GTA Trilogy. They can repair damaged vehicles, but if you try
regenerating a burnt and wrecked vehicle, it will always disappear once you
let the garage door close on it. This unfamiliar feature makes it impossible
to resort to this as an aspect of a trick in obtaining the special vehicles,
particularly the proofed ones. In the GTA Trilogy, one trick in obtaining
some special vehicles requires that you fail the mission by destroying the
car first, sometimes by blowing it up in order to "preserve" its special
qualities, and then restoring it in the garage after you fail the mission.
Variation of this includes committing suicide inside the garage with the
destroyed vehicle.

So on the PS2 version of Liberty City Stories, this doesn't apply at all
given the fact that a blown up vehicle is always eaten inside the garage.
Itís noticeable too how garages don't repair vehicles at any point while a
mission is in progress.

This PS2 garage fact only leaves now the option of ditching the car into the
water in order to 'destroy" it without blowing it up should this method is
needed to obtain the proofed ones.

On the PSP platform however, you can restore destroyed vehicles in any garage
in the usual way as it was in the GTA Trilogy. This fact then can be
beneficial for obtaining some proofed vehicles, should destroying a vehicle,
as an aspect of a method to obtain one is required. Information coming from
System Error points to this fact and have been confirmed, so some methods
that involve destroying the vehicles for obtaining them can now be applied
also for the PSP version of Liberty City Stories.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
6. DEFINITION OF TERMS
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

First things first, let's understand the meaning of each special quality.
We'll cover here the different attributes of the special vehicles, which
we're going to define here each on its own for purpose of clarity and mainly
for reference. Anyone having one or more of these (except the
Comprehensiveproof) will be termed occasionally for purpose of brevity as the
following example: BP/EP/FP -Bulletproof/Explosionproof/Fireproof; BP/FP -
Bulletproof/Fireproof, etc.

BP - Bulletproof: Complete protection from any form of gunfire. An armored
vehicle (though not necessarily a fighting vehicle like a tank) capable of
withstanding and stopping 100%, any type of bullet or a direct shot from any
bullet-based weapon; ranging from pistols to a minigun.

EP -Explosion Proof: As the term implies, any form of explosive devise or
form of explosion cannot destroy a vehicle that has this quality; be it hand
grenades, RPGs, exploding vehicles or even a cannon fire from a Rhino!

FP - Fireproof: You can say the least of all protections. Fire retardant and
indestructible from any form of blaze, be it from a Molotov to a flamethrower
and the vehicle won't catch fire that might destroy it.

DP -Damage Proof: Vehicle does not sustain any form of physical destruction,
in terms of denting and deterioration of its health due to constant physical
abuse like crashing or getting hit with non firearm/explosive weapons.
Motorbikes for one don't get dented but you'll know if they sustain damaging
from crashing if you see them smoke after awhile.

EC - Exclusive Color: Some vehicles do not have any proofing at all, but have
a color that is unobtainable from any Pay n Spray. The colors aren't anything
unique by themselves, but something you will find only in one vehicle from
among the rest in its class. In some cases the "exclusivity" of a color
scheme is in the way they are applied to a given vehicle. They may be the
same colors you can ordinarily get from the vehicle but the application can
be "reversed". There are some vehicles though that sport an exclusive color
and are proofed at the same time.

CP - Comprehensive Proof: This is essentially a BP/EP/FP/DP or perhaps one
you can say as "indestructible" or "invulnerable". A vehicle that has all the
proofing it can possibly have. Most forms of damaging means under NORMAL
circumstances cannot destroy it, be it with whatever type of weapons or
physical abuse.

Let's just be a bit clear about this though. There are some ways that can
still destroy this type of vehicle:

1) Flipping it upside down, the vehicle consequently catching fire and
   exploding.
2) Riding the vehicle while you're on fire consequently setting it ablaze and
destroying it when it explodes,
3) A bump from a Rhino and
4) Using the blow up all cars cheat.

A fifth maybe is if it falls into the water and is irretrievable. Otherwise,
this is the maximum type of protection your vehicle can have, very ideal for
doing punishing and dangerous tasks.

UNIQUE - A totally different-looking vehicle. A one of its kind in the game,
something that doesn't only have an exclusive paintjob but with features that
belongs to that vehicle only. You wouldn't see any other similar type driving
around any of the cities nor spawned anywhere else.

RARE - A vehicle that has a limited presence in the game. It's not just a
different version of a regularly spawning vehicle but something that you can
only find inside a mission or chance circumstances.

OBTAINABLE/UNOBTAINABLE - The terms refer to the final state of the special
property/properties of the vehicle or the vehicle itself, whether it/they can
be acquired and saved or not, when a mission is tactically failed
intentionally or successfully completed.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
7. A FEW TIPS ON LOOKING FOR SPECIAL VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So how can you know then if a vehicle you've stumbled upon during a mission
is a special one? You can simply OBSERVE & EXPERIMENT A LOT. Another
consideration is what you see is not what you may necessarily get. Obtaining
the proofed ones especially sometimes require some tricky procedures so it
helps a lot not to take literally what you encounter with the behavior of the
properties of a vehicle.

In GTA3 and Vice City, there was a rather straightforward deal with the
proofed vehicles; you get what you see and however you obtain them the
special properties never change. San Andreas introduced a different twist on
the other hand by allowing the proofing of the vehicle to behave differently
on certain stages of the play through, sometimes depending too on how you
specifically interact with it. Basically the same case now was applied in
Liberty City Stories with regards to the proofed vehicles.

*****************************************************************************
7.01: Conducting Some Tests
*****************************************************************************

When doing a mission that involves vehicles whether assigned to you or to
another character, try to

a. If you're checking for proofing,

*Pay careful attention to their characteristics. Observe carefully if
they're bullet, fire, explosion or damage resistant.

*Test them for their possible special qualities on the spot by temporarily
using some cheats for research purposes only. In most cases you'll need to
use a few of them in conducting the test:

1. Never Wanted Cheat: L1, L1, TRIANGLE, R1, R1, X, SQUARE, CIRCLE

2. Weapons Cheat
a. Weapon Set 1: UP, SQUARE, SQUARE, DOWN, LEFT, SQUARE, SQUARE, RIGHT
Brass knuckles, knife, Molotov, 9mm, shotgun, tec-9, AK,
   flamethrower, sniper rifle

b. Weapon Set 2: UP, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, DOWN, LEFT, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, RIGHT
Katana, remote grenades, magnum, sawn-off shotgun, Uzi, M4,
Rocket launcher, sniper rifle w/laser scope

c. Weapon Set 3: UP, X, X, DOWN, LEFT, X, X, RIGHT
Chainsaw, grenades, magnum, combat shotgun, SMG, M4, minigun,
   Sniper rifle w/laser scope

3. Health & Armor Cheats: L1, R1, X, L1, R1, SQUARE, L1, R1

4. Spawn Rhino: L1, L1, LEFT, L1, L1, RIGHT, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE

Or as you progress through the game and acquire weapons that are necessary
for the test, try to have in your arsenal any gun but preferably the high-
powered ones like a combat shotgun, MP5 or minigun, a flamethrower or
Molotovs, and some grenades or an RPG. These are necessary tools in checking
for bulletproof, fireproof or explosion proof vehicles. Damage proofing is
quite easy to test simply by crashing the vehicle or hitting it with a melee
weapon to check if it sustains denting or in the case of motorbikes, if it
smokes after continuous crashing.

b. If you want to check for Exclusive Color,

*Drive the vehicle to any Pay N Spray, re-spray it repeatedly and see if
the color scheme you found is obtainable there or not. If the color or
colors wouldn't show, you've obviously found an exclusively colored
one. It couldn't be easier than that, unless you memorize by heart all the
assigned colors to a given vehicle then you won't even have to bother re-
spraying them. Somehow youíll have a hint too on the exclusivity of a color
if it always shows in a vehicle involved every time you redo or reload the
mission, although this doesnít apply in all cases.

*Check also for any minor details that make a vehicle different from the
ordinary, like a bumper or bottom part with a different color, a different
stripe color, etc. They may not be useful at all in the final equation of
your endeavor, but if you're just fond of looking for these types of
vehicles or you simply like collecting them, then this tip might prove
 useful somehow.

*****************************************************************************
7.02: What You See is Not What You May Necessarily Get
*****************************************************************************

Take note that having some creative imaginations in figuring out a way how to
obtain the special vehicles, specially the proofed ones, can play
significantly in your success rate. This is important for the proofed ones in
particular since some of their proofing behave differently on different
aspects or stages of the play through. Experimentations also come into
essential play on this aspect.

A clear example of this is the Forelli Exsess car in the mission Rough
Justice where the proofing apply to the vehicles on a sort of shifting manner
at certain stages of the mission, during which you must find a way to
preserve the properties before you proceed with completing your task. Such
tricky behavior of the proofing can really mislead you into believing
something about them otherwise if you don't let your imagination play a
little bit more than the normal.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
8. THE FUN BEGINS HERE
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So what are you still waiting for? Haul ass now and get those vehicles!

In roughly storyline order, here are the special vehicles and the
walkthroughs on how you can get them. The methods here have been done and
tested on both the PS2 and PSP platforms.

Difficulty rating is based on the whole process involved in obtaining the
special vehicles inclusive of the stage or stages in the mission that you
have to go through, as well as after the mission is failed or passed. The
rating is mainly for reference, just an approximate and can be subjective,
as actual difficulty or ease of acquiring the special vehicles can vary on
the skills of players.

Applicable methods are also appropriately indicated whether they apply only
for the PS2 or PSP version or for both, given some differences between the
two platforms, in particular the garage feature.

As an additional note, it may be important also to do the missions on a
certain order when getting a few of the special vehicles, especially those
that require a longer time in acquiring. This is to avoid the unnecessary
inconvenience of getting harassed by your rival gangs, given that there are
certain missions that will trigger hostilities with them afterwards.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
9. PROOFED VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This type of vehicles is what many GTA gamers have in the past been looking
for and collecting in the game as part of the fun stuff. In San Andreas there
have been a lot of these proofed cars that existed perhaps as an inevitable
requirement, considering that San Andreas is a dangerous place that involved
a lot of dangerous missions. In particular San Andreas had many of the
Comprehensiveproof ones (DP/BP/EP/FP), about 20 of them more than Liberty
City Stories that so far, only one has been found and was obtainable.

The mafia affairs in Liberty City Stories appear to be requiring less of the
CP vehicles, though it has more of the BP/EP/FP, FP only and the Exclusively
Colored ones than what San Andreas had. More of the Fireproof ones however,
can be obtained only on the PSP version given that methods in acquiring them
involve destroying and restoring them in the garage, which isnít possible on
the PS2 platform.

Some cars may have limited proofing also that do not stay permanently with
the vehicle but only apply to a limited degree or in the duration of the
mission only.

*****************************************************************************
9.01: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF CARS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Car Salesman Mission
Location : Capital Autos Showroom - Harwood, Portland Island
Character : Toni Cipriani
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : Dark Rampage from Sundar Subramaniam's LCS Secrets FAQ

This was first discovered by Dark Rampage and for sometime was listed in
Sundar Subramaniam's Secrets FAQ as unconfirmed/unobtainable. Initially they
were identified as Bulletproof only, but it turned out they are
Explosionproof and Fireproof as well. I finally found a way to permanently
obtain their special properties.

It's one interesting feature in the game that virtually provides you with an
unlimited supply of proofed cars once the mission is available. It's an
ongoing mission at the Capital Autos showroom located in Harwood that is
unlocked after the mission Dealing Revenge for Vincenzo. It is open between
8:00 to 18:00 and all the cars that are for sale in this mission are
obtainable proofed cars.

Take note however that the mission is endlessly obtainable only on the PS2
version. For the PSP, it stops after you complete level 6 and once you stop
doing it thereafter. The marker will be gone for good. So if you're doing it
on the PSP platform, you must get all or any of the types of car you want
first before the mission expires, or you can choose to just leave the mission
incomplete, although this means you won't be able to achieve 100% completion
of the game.

In this mission you are to sell certain types of cars to particular customers
whom you have to take for a test drive and satisfy to be able to make a sale.
Your sales pitch is timed during which you must fill the sale bar and then go
back to the showroom marker before you run out of time or you'll fail the
mission.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

The trick here is as soon as you get in any of the cars, it becomes BP/EP/FP
right away. The key here is you have to "destroy" the veicle first WITHIN THE
TIME LIMIT that defaults at 2:30 minutes and without disappointing your
customer, by ditching it into the water to fail the mission so that you can
obtain its special qualities.

It helps to pay careful attention or familiarize yourself first to what a
particular customer for a particular type of vehicle expects in your sales
demonstration, so that you can avoid doing something that can fail the
mission even before you have to.

Now, what can make the vehicle revert back to a normal one is failing the
mission in the wrong way, either by 1) killing your customer, 2) getting off
your vehicle, (thatís why you canít destroy the car on the PSP platform by
blowing it up, since that will require leaving it) 3) not satisfying your
customer in certain ways and failing the sales pitch, 4) running out of time
even if you successfully close a sale and 5) leaving your customer behind.

Different methods to close a sale are applied to the different types of
vehicle that can be classified into four groups:

1. Muscle Cars
   a. Stallion
   b. Esperanto
   c. Idaho

2. Sports Cars
   a. Banshee
   b. Cheetah
   c. Stinger

3. Leisure Cars or Slow Cars
   a. Perennial
   b. Manana

4. Off-Road Vehicles
   a. Patriot
   b. Bobcat
   c. BF Injection

Each grouping has particular sales demo techniques that can make or break
your mission. Although you donít need to successfully close a sale,
considering that you have to fail it anyway to obtain the special properties
of a given vehicle, it would help a lot just the same to have an idea what to
basically consider and what to avoid when doing the sales demo to correctly
fail the sale to get a vehicle BP/EP/FP.

For the Muscle Cars and Off-Road vehicles, your sale meter doesnít decrease
whatever you do. If you need to ditch them into the water, you can drive at
your own pace as long as you donít run out of time or commit all the other
actions outlined that can incorrectly fail the mission.

For the Sports Cars, you mustnít drive slowly or your sale meter can decrease
quickly. Almost immediately after you leave the showroom lot, your sale meter
is speed sensitive. Driving at a normal pace can drain the meter quickly even
for the short drive to the seaside location near the ferry terminal. So
somehow, you need to speed up even when you have to take the scrap yard route
towards the seaside spot. Avoid crashing hard also, or thatís an immediate
failure for your effort.

Finally for the Slow Cars, drive at a leisurely pace, but donít drive too
slowly. Donít drive fast also or youíll scare your customer and drain your
sale meter quickly. Avoid crashing as this can scare your customer as well
and fail the sale. Just drive moderately to satisfy the customer.

Given the above considerations, choose the vehicle you like and take the
customer with you for a drive. Now drive to a seaside location in Harwood in
between a construction site and the ferry terminal, and then slowly drive the
car into the water. Now once the car goes underwater almost halfway, you will
instantly fail the mission because the game will consider it that you
ďdestroyedĒ the car. However, even though you failed to make a sale, you get
a sweeter reward for that for now in possession of a BP/EP/FP vehicle. Just
drive it to your garage then save.

9.02: FIREPROOF RUMPO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Bone Voyeur
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Difficulty : 1
Source : HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

You have to accompany JD O Toole in this mission who has to collect $700 from
his hookers working around the Red Lights district before they finish their
shift on a given time. If you fail to help him find all the hookers on time
who owe him money, you'll fail the mission. For unknown reason JD owns a
Fireproof Rumpo here that you will drive.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

You need to fail this mission as well to be able to obtain the car Fireproof,
but fail it correctly you must. If you fail it by not being able to find all
the hookers on time to collect all the money or kill JD by sniping him
through the window, the van will lose its Fireproofing. Passing the mission
will also make the van revert back to a normal one. You have to destroy this
instead by ditching it into the water in Harwood to successfully obtain it
Fireproof.

As soon as you get control of it, drive over to a seaside spot in Harwood
within the time that you're supposed to be collecting from JD's hookers.
Don't worry, as you won't fail the mission for going far away from where
you're supposed to be looking around for the girls, as long a your time isnít
up yet. Drive the van slowly into the water until it goes almost halfway,
once you get the mission failure message, just drive this over to your garage
then save. It'll be permanently Fireproof.

METHOD 2 (PSP)

An easier method is to just blow it up inside your safehouse garage as soon
as you get control of it. Just restore it there after you have failed the
mission. Once you have brought it back to life, what with the ability of PSP
garages to regenerate blown up vehicles, you will have the Rumpo still
Fireproof. Just save it and it's yours.

9.03: FIREPROOF THUNDER RODD
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Grease Sucho
Location : Portland Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Difficulty : 3 or 4
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Ma Cipriani likes you to show her that you have real respect for her by
proving you're man enough just like how she wanted you brought up. One way
she wants you to show this is to beat a certain Dan Sucho in a car race,
which you have to waste also at the end of the mission.

All the three cars that you will compete against in the race are Fireproof as
well as having exclusive colors, but only this one has a unique look.

As for the special paintjob of this car, it has a black body with light blue
bottom part that is unobtainable from Pay N Spray.

Originally, this was listed as having an exclusive color only and an
unobtainable proofed car based on the PS2 version of the game.
Experimentations done by System Error on the PSP platform on the other hand
gave a hint that you can preserve at least the Fireproofing of this car.

The theory was to fail the mission by killing Dan Sucho while heís inside the
car by blowing it up with an explosion, then restoring the wreck in the
garage. Seemingly, the fireproofing of the car is toggled off while thereís a
driver inside and while the race is ongoing, and can be preserved by wrecking
it. Failing the race by disqualification for not inside a car while the race
is on, killing one of your racing opponents while heís outside of his car,
pushing the car into the water while Dan Sucho is in it or destroying the car
by any means without a driver can lose the Fireproofing of the Thunder Rodd.
Passing the mission will also turn the car into a normal one again.

Initially, a suggested method involved a cheat, but we finally came up with a
cheat less solution by further tweaking the workable theory.

.............................................................................
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Never use any of your proofed vehicles when doing this
mission. The mission will PERMANENTLY DISABLE the vehicleís special
properties as soon as you ride in it. However, this can happen only if you
get in any proofed vehicle once you started the mission race by any means and
while it is ongoing. But once the mission is over, whether you failed it or
completed it, everything will return back to normal.
.............................................................................

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco/System Error_PSP)

You need to fail the mission right away by destroying this car first by
blowing it up before the race can go any further and while the driver is in
his car. By not starting the race youíre not burdened by having to be in a
car while the race is on. Youíll just have to push the wreckage then with a
big truck all the way to your garage and restore the car. Youíll fail the
mission definitely, but by doing so you can preserve at least the
Fireproofing of it, given that it seemed toggled off while someoneís inside
it and blowing it up would sort of preserve the proofing for good.

So start the mission, get either the Barracks OL from the construction site
or the Firetruck from the fire station, and then drive to the start line.
Don't drive into the marker though, instead, park somewhere safe but not too
far from where the racers are. By not starting the race you wouldnít burden
yourself of having to be in a car while the race is on.

Once youíve safely park the truck, get off it then steal another vehicle that
can be used as an explosive device. You can actually use a grenade or an RPG
for blowing up the Thunder Rodd, although this will almost always attract
police attention and can pose a threat to your convenience in obtaining the
car. Blowing up a vehicle to blow up the Thunder Rodd however has a lesser
chance of alerting the cops.

Now Park the sacrificial vehicle carefully in front of the Thunder Rodd,
position it horizontally so that the Thunder Rodd will absorb the full impact
of the blast when the vehicle explodes. Be careful not to hit any of the cars
not even with a moderate bump or that can trigger the race and you will have
to wait for sometime until they get back again where they started.

Next, get off the vehicle, position yourself near the Barracks OL, and then
shoot the vehicle with an AK-47 until it catches fire. Avoid letting it
explode while youíre shooting at it since this seems to attract more police
attention somehow. Just shoot it until it goes on fire then stop. Now get in
the Barracks OL to prepare yourself for the long push. Let the sacrificial
vehicle explode, this will trigger the race and the racing cars will try to
drive away as normal.

The explosion however will set a couple of the cars including the Thunder
Rodd on fire, and after driving away for only a short distance they will
explode. This will consequently fail the mission since you have killed the
carís driver. But the good news is you now have a Fireproof Thunder Rodd just
waiting to be restored in your garage. Use the Barracks OL or Firetruck and
carefully push the wreck, bring it back to life in the garage then save the
game. Just be careful not to raise any wanted level when pushing the wreck to
your garage, or letting it go out of your sight even just for a few seconds
or it might disappear.

METHOD 2 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Basically similar to Method 1, this one however requires that you make a long
and hard push on the Thunder Rodd to the garage first after the racers have
returned back to the start/finish line, then you must blow it up there and
kill the driver. One advantage of this method is that you can take your own
sweet time in pushing the Thunder Rodd to your garage, without having to
worry about the car disappearing if you have to leave it along the way. This
might be necessary if you need to lose the heat if by some chance you raised
your wanted level, or if you need to repair the car youíre driving if it took
some damages for pushing the Thunder Rodd.

But before you do the mission, first you must have a grenade in your arsenal
for blowing up the car. Start the mission as normal, drive in a car thatís
big and heavy enough for the task of pushing the Thunder Rodd later on, since
all the cars in the races are unusually heavy to push while thereís a driver
in it and while the race is on. You can use a Leone Sentinel for this job or
any similar car.

Drive over to where your racing opponents are, and then bump into any one of
them. This will consequently start the race. But no matter what happens, you
must stay inside a car or youíll disqualify yourself in the race and fail the
mission. Once the Thunder Rodd shows itself again and stops there on the
finish line, usually after about three to four minutes, approach it and then
carefully push it using your car. Be patient as this can take some effort,
and be careful as well not to destroy the Thunder Rodd before you reach your
garage or you might have a harder time in obtaining it. If along the way
youíve raised a wanted level or the car youíre using took some serious
damages, use the Pay N Spray and just come back again for the Thunder Rodd to
resume what you were doing. Take note that while the race is on, you canít
ride any other vehicle except a car, or youíll fail the mission by
disqualification. The Thunder Rodd will also disappear right before your
eyes.

Assuming you make it to your garage without any hassle, park your car at a
safe distance away from the Thunder Rodd, get off your car and then quickly
throw a grenade or two at the Thunder Rodd to blow it up. Make sure that you
do this within the limited time youíre allowed to be out of your car. You
will fail the mission for killing its driver, but on the plus side, you can
now acquire it with a permanent Fireproofing by just restoring it in your
garage.

On the PS2 version of Liberty City Stories however, you can obtain the
Exclusive paintjob only of this car, but not the Fireproofing. Given that you
canít restore destroyed cars in the LCS PS2 garages, you canít blow this up
then, which is the only way in ďpreservingĒ the special property. You can
only dump this into the water to ďdestroyĒ it without blowing it up. But even
this method for some reasons doesnít preserve the Fireproofing of the car,
not even when you do so while the driver is inside. The mission will always
fail for the reason that you destroyed the car as opposed to killing its
driver.

So if youíre on the PS2 platform and can just settle for getting this car for
its Exclusive color, steal this car once it returns back to where it started
after you started the race. Get in the passenger side of the car, as you
wonít be able to yank out the driver for some reasons. Once you have control
of the car, just drive it to a seaside location in Harwood, near a
construction site, and carefully drive the car into the water, until you get
the mission failure message. You mustnít be out of the car when you fail the
mission, or it will disappear. But be careful also when driving into the
water or you might get wasted if you drove in too deep. After you have failed
the mission, just drive it out of the water and save it in your garage. It
will no longer be proofed, but you can still keep it for its Exclusive color.

*****************************************************************************
9.04: FIREPROOF/EXCLUSIVELY COLORED STALLION CARS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Grease Sucho
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Difficulty : 3 or 4
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

These are the other two cars along with the Thunder Rodd that you'll compete
against in the same race. Both of these have exclusive colors also aside from
being Fireproof cars; one has a Chrome Red body and a Dark Red roof, while
the other has a White body paintjob. A Chrome Red and White colors body
paintjob, and a Dark Red roof arenít obtainable from Pay N Spray for the
Stallions.

Essentially, the methods for obtaining the Thunder Rodd apply to any of these
two cars as well. Failing the race by blowing up the car in an explosion and
killing the driver while heís inside is what can preserve the Fireproofing of
the car, and is the only way to do it. Any other way you fail the race will
lose for the Stallions the Fireproof property.

If you canít be bothered to obtain any this however, you can always get a
much better version of this Stallion car from doing the Car Salesman side
mission, unless of course youíre particularly interested also to get an
Exclusively colored version of this car.

As is the case with the Thunder Rodd, on the PS2 platform you can get the
Stallions for their Exclusive paintjobs only. The method in obtaining them
follows exactly the same method as for the PS2 Thunder Rodd.

.............................................................................

METHOD 1(GTA_Loco/System Error_PSP)

Start the mission, get either the Barracks OL from the construction site or
the Firetruck from the fire station, and then drive to the start line. Park
somewhere safe but not too far from where the racers are, get off the truck,
and then steal another vehicle that can be blown up to blow up any of the
Stallions. Park the sacrificial vehicle carefully in front of any of the
Stallions of your choice; position it horizontally so that the car will
absorb the full impact of the blast. Be careful not to hit any of the racing
cars though or that might trigger the race and you will have to wait for
sometime until they return again to where they started.

Position yourself near the Barracks OL after you park the vehicle to blow up
beside one of the Stallions, and then shoot the vehicle with an AK-47 until
it catches fire. Get in the Barracks OL and prepare yourself for the long
push. Wait for the vehicle you shot up to explode, this will trigger the race
and set the Stallion on fire which will try to drive away. The car will
explode however, after driving for only a short distance, and this will
consequently fail the mission since you have killed its driver. All you have
to do next is to just push the wreck to your garage using the Barracks OL or
Firetruck, restore the car and you now have a permanently Fireproof Stallion.
Save the game and the car is yours to keep.

METHOD 2 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Another way to get the Stallions involves pushing it to the garage first
after they have returned back to the start/finish line, then blowing it up
there to kill the driver. This can be a convenient method also although
rather tedious. This way you can take your time in pushing the car to your
garage without having to worry about it disappearing if you have to leave it
en route to your garage. You might need to do this in case you need to lose
the heat if by some chance you raised your wanted level, or if you need to
repair the car youíre driving if it took some damages for pushing the
Stallion. Make sure also that you have a grenade in your arsenal for blowing
up the car before you do the mission.

Start the mission as normal, drive in a car thatís big and heavy enough for
the task of pushing the Stallion later on. Drive over to where your racing
opponents are, and then bump into any one of them. This will start the race;
now just wait for the racers to return to where they started. Keep in mind
that you must stay inside a car while the race is on or youíll disqualify
yourself and fail the mission. You will lose the car when that happens.

Once the Stallion returns and stops there on the finish line, usually after
about three to four minutes, approach it and then carefully push it using
your car. If along the way youíve raised a wanted level or the car youíre
using took some serious damages, use the Pay N Spray and just come back again
for the Stallions to resume pushing it to your garage. Remember also not to
ride any other vehicle except a car while the race is on, or you run the risk
of failing the mission in the wrong way. You will lose the Stallion as a
consequence.

Upon reaching your garage, park at a safe distance away from the Stallion,
get off your car and then quickly lob one or a couple of grenades at the
Stallion for the coup de grace. You will fail the mission once the exploding
Stallion kills its driver, but on the bright side, you can now acquire it
permanently Fireproof by just restoring it back in your garage.

9:05: BULLETPROOF/FIREPROOF AVENGER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Avenging Angels Missions
Location : St. Mark's Safe house, Portland Island
Difficulty : 3 or 4
Source : Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

A cool-looking motorbike that is a one-time spawn only after you have
completed 15 levels of the Avenging Angels mission in one go in Portland
Island. This motorbike basically looks like a Freeway with a different
paintjob. Note that this will appear in Portland only and not in the other
two islands, so you must do the missions in Portland. At first believed to be
Bulletproof only, this motorbike is in fact Fireproof as well and will appear
in your Portland safehouse ONLY ONCE. So better store it immediately in your
garage after you have completed 15 levels of the mission, and save the game
before you lose the cool motorbike.

*****************************************************************************
9.06: FIREPROOF SINDACCO ARGENTO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Taken For A Ride
Location : Portland Island
Character : Maria
Difficulty : 5
Source : GTA_Loco

Another nice Fireproof gang car that was originally listed as unobtainable,
but now can be obtained in the PSP version at least.

In this mission, Maria is supposed to meet up with her dealer somewhere in
Chinatown, and you must accompany her as the bodyguard. The dealers, who are
mostly Sindacco gangsters, will suddenly take interest on Maria instead whom
they will abduct. Your assignment will end up in having to save her from
them, as well as eliminating the gangsters so that they wonít bother her
anymore.

The Sindacco car the gangsters are driving is Fireproof while it is parked
there on the meeting spot, but it will revert back to a normal once you have
triggered the chase. If you fail the mission by scaring them prior to the
chase, either by bumping into the car, shooting at it or hitting it in any
manner, it will also return back to being a normal car. It will drive away
for a short distance and will stop at a certain point, two of its occupants
will get off, and at this stage, the car will lose it Fireproof property
already. You need to preserve the Fireproof property of the car somehow, by
blowing it up again while its two occupants are still in the car and before
it stops on a designated spot. The Fireproofing is obviously toggled off
while the two passengers are onboard the car as well as while it hasnít
driven away.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

You need a sniper rifle for this mission, a lot of vehicles to steal that
must be used for pushing, a great deal of patience and a strong resolve to
accomplish your task of obtaining the Fireproof Sindacco car. If you donít
have the constitution to do this, then you must just forget about the whole
thing. You will realize why, once you actually attempted getting this car.

Before you start the mission, get the Barracks OL from the construction site,
or the Firetruck from the Fire Station. You will need any of these two
vehicles to make the initial push on the Sindacco Argentoís wreckage after
you destroyed it.

Park the truck by a wall so that Maria canít access the passenger side door
once she starts following you. You need to leave Maria behind so as not to
make the yellow marker appear on the meeting spot that can trigger the chase
if Maria is with you. As soon as you begin the mission, get in the truck and
drive away from Maria as quickly as you can. Go to the meeting spot in
Chinatown where the Sindacco Argento is located, and park the truck safely on
the sidewalk just a little behind the car. Get off your truck and jack a van
or any vehicle that you can use as a ďvehicle bombĒ, and thatís big enough at
the same time to create a damaging explosion on the Sindacco car. But
whatever you do, always keep an eye on the cops as they can always spoil the
day for you.

Now park the sacrificial vehicle beside the Sindacco Argento, being careful
not to bump into it or it will drive away and the mission will fail before it
should. When this happens, the car will no longer become Fireproof. Shoot at
the sacrificial vehicle until it smokes, and then rush to where a police
bribe is located, on a concrete ramp just straight ahead of the Sindacco car.
Position yourself directly on the police bribe so that it clips on Toniís
body, since this is crucial given that however you distance yourself from the
exploding vehicles, you will earn a wanted level. Doing so will immediately
remove your wanted star once the mission is failed.

Whip out you sniper rifle, carefully aim at the smoking sacrificial vehicle,
and fire a few more rounds until it finally catches fire and explode. The
Sindacco Argento will get caught in the blast and will attempt to drive away,
but it will eventually explode also after going for just a short distance.
The mission will fail, you will earn a wanted level, but if youíre standing
right on the spot where the police bribe is, it will be removed right away.
All you have to do now is to push the carís wreckage all the way to your
garage.

The hard part of the task comes at this point. The Sindacco Argento car is
unbelievably heavy to push with any type of vehicle, not even the Barracks OL
or Firetruck are of any big help either. It is almost stuck on the ground and
feels like a nightmare in obtaining this Fireproof only car. Pushing it will
almost always result in the quick destruction of your vehicle, thatís why you
need to steal and use A LOT of vehicles so that you can make it to your
garage.

Take the shortest route, and steal bigger vehicles along the way, every time
the one youíre using is ready to get destroyed. Preferably, steal a van or if
you can chance upon trucks, much better. However, always keep an eye for the
cops when jacking vehicles as raising a wanted level can add up to the pain
in the ass situation. Take note too that never, ever let the wreckage be out
of your sight even just for a few seconds or it will disappear. There are
times when a thieving pedestrian will also steal your ride, but as long as he
doesnít manage to drive away immediately from the wreckage, youíre just good
to go. In a way heíll be even like helping you out in pushing the car for
you.

Once you make it to the garage, this is another tricky part that you have to
be careful of. Donít take too long in pushing the car inside the garage or it
might disappear by the garage door. You must at this point be using a heavier
vehicle that you can use to quickly push the car inside the garage. To make
things a tad convenient too, your garage must be empty so that the garage
door will open right away when you push the Sindacco Argento inside. Assuming
youíve the car made it inside the garage already, just bring the car back to
life again by letting the garage door close on it. The Fireproof Sindacco
Argento is now yours to keep.

METHOD 2 (PSP_with cheat)

If youíre really that determined to have this car in your collection but
donít want to undergo the ordeal of making a very difficult push to your
garage, you can use the cheat code to spawn a Rhino and use the tank to push
the car. Itís definitely a lot easier this way, but only if your conscience
will allow you to cheat at this point in your game.

9.07: FIREPROOF SANCHEZ MOTORBIKES
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Booby Prize
Location : Portland Island
Character : Maria
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

In this mission you have to win back Maria who decided to offer herself as
the prize in a motorbike race, probably due to her lack of attention from
Salvatore. You are tasked to get her back or both of you will be in big
trouble with Salvatore.

The motorbikes in this mission are obtainable Fireproof motorbikes, two of
them also sport exclusive colors. But if you can't be bothered into obtaining
any of them at this point, you can always have them again infinitely
obtainable once you unlock the hidden motorbike race Red Light Racing in
Portland Island, right after you complete this mission.

.............................................................................

METHOD 1 (PSP)

You have to fail the mission by blowing up your racing opponentís motorbike
and killing him while he is onboard, after the racers have returned back to
the start/finish line. This is what will preserve the Fireproof property of
any of you racing opponentís motorbike. Passing the mission means you wonít
see any of the Sanchez motorbikes anymore. You need to push the wreckage to
your garage afterwards, and restore it there. Stealing one of the motorbikes
and killing its rider when heís off his ride can lose the motorbikeís
Fireproof property, as well as killing any of the other bikers in any other
way without destroying his ride.

Before you head for to the start line aboard any motorbike and start the
race, shoot at your ride until it is about to catch fire and explode. Now
drive into the yellow marker or bump into any of the motorbikes to begin the
race. Wait for the racers to return to where they started, keeping in mind
that you must be in a motorbike so as not to be disqualified.

Once the racers are back after the laps, park your smoking motorbike beside
any of the other motorbikes of your choice, get off your ride and then shoot
your motorbike some more until it finally catches fire. Move away from the
explosion as far as you can, but donít lose sight of the motorbikes. Your
exploding motorbike will destroy the other motorbikes as well, and youíll
eventually fail the mission for killing one of the bikers. Now just steal any
vehicle, a car or a van and carefully push the destroyed motorbike to your
garage and restore it there.

9.08: BULLETPROOF/FIREPROOF or EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF PCJ 600
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Biker Heat
Location : Portland Island
Character : Maria
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : chuckflip53 from Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

Salvatore Leone's woman Maria was manhandled by a certain biker named Wayne
whom Maria has been going out with. You have to exact revenge for what the
guy did for the reason that Maria is the woman of your boss, Salvatore Leone.
So now must you must teach Wayne an eternal lesson by killing him.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Once the chase part begins, kill the other three gang mates of Wayne if they
get in your way. Get on any of the gangsters' motorbikes that you can find
around you and chase Wayne. This can be quite tricky since Wayne will weave
in and out of alleys so you must follow him carefully while shooting at him.
You have to kill him during the chase in order to obtain the bulletproofing
of the PCJ 600. There is an interesting catch here; if you kill Wayne during
the chase, the PCJ 600 will be an obtainable bulletproof and fireproof
motorbike. If you let him reach his destination back in Chinatown and kill
him when he goes on foot, the PCJ 600 will be explosionproof and fireproof
and the bulletproofing will be gone.

9.09: FIREPROOF LEONE SENTINEL
*****************************************************************************

Mission : The Made-Man
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

JD's date with destiny has finally come. He was so enthusiastic at the
thought that he's finally going to be a made-man in the Leone Family. Little
did he know instead that Salvatore knew he was a rat and has to be eliminated
at this point. You will drive for JD and Mickey who will do the dirty job,
but Mickey will leave the mess for you to clean up afterwards.

The car you will drive here is a nice fireproof mafia car. But to be able to
preserve this car's fireproof property, you need to fail the mission.
Passing this mission requires that you dump this car for good deep into the
river where it's irretrievable, that's why you have to avoid doing that in
order to obtain this. You have to ditch this just shallow into the water
somehow in order to fail the mission and still retrieve it.

Note: This mission is a no wanted level until the point before Mickey would
execute JD. After that, the situation for you is a cop sensitive one.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

Drive Mickey and JD to the scrap yard and wait for the execution to happen.
After the cut scene, drive Mickey first to his place before you must ditch
the car into the water to fail the mission and get the car Fireproof. Be wary
of cops though while you drive Mickey to his place since any contact with
them is an instant two wanted stars for you. You won't be able to lose the
heat by driving to a Pay N Spray given that you still have JD's corpse with
you.

There are at least a couple of ways of failing the mission that will make the
car vanish, therefore must be avoided: 1) Sniping either Mickey or JD through
the window and 2) Destroying the car by blowing it up (PSP) or dumping it
into the water prior to JDís execution, while Mickey is still riding with
you. Take note however, that blowing it up (for PSP) even after Mickey got
off the car already will also make it vanish. The only way to fail it without
losing the car is after you drop off Mickey to his place, and by ditching the
car into the water.

Now as soon as you drop off Mickey to his place, rush over to a seaside
location in Harwood and carefully drive the car into the water. You will fail
the mission without the game stating why, and your 2 wanted stars would
remain instated. All you need to do is just drive over to the Pay N Spray to
lose the heat, and you can now take the car with you, with its Fireproof
property still in place.

9.10: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF MOTORBIKES
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Motorbike Salesman Mission
Location : Hogs & Cogs Store - Belleville Park, Staunton Island
Character : Toni Cipriani
Difficulty : 1 or 2
Source : Dark Rampage from Sundar Subramaniam's LCS Secrets FAQ

This was also first discovered by Dark Rampage and for sometime was also
listed in Sundar Subramaniam's Secrets FAQ as unconfirmed/unobtainable. They
were also identified at first as bulletproof only but it turned out they are
Explosionproof & Fireproof as well.

I also finally found a way to obtain their special properties permanently.

Basically similar to the car salesman mission in Portland, you're supposed to
sell certain types of motorbikes to particular customers whom you have to
take for a test ride and satisfy to be able to make a sale. Your sales pitch
is timed also during which you must fill the sale bar and back to the
showroom marker before you run out of time or you'll fail the mission.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

The trick here is essentially similar to the Car Salesman mission: any bike
you ride in will become BP/EP/FP right away. But unlike the Car Salesman
mission, you don't need to take the customer with you once you've chosen a
bike to obtain as proofed. Leaving a customer won't fail the mission, but
what would fail it are 1) killing your customer, 2) taking a customer for a
test ride and not satisfying the person and 3) running out of time even if
you satisfy the customer. Any of these will result in the lost of all the
motorbike's proofing.

A list of the motorbikes you can get BP/EP/FP in this mission includes:

*PCJ 600
*Freeway
*Sanchez
*Faggio

So once you've chosen your motorbike, quickly leave your customer behind.
Head over to the nearby Bedford Point pier as fast as you can, which has a
wooden plank that goes gradually down into the water, and carefully ditch the
motorbike there. Keep in mind that you have to do this before your time runs
out, or you still wonít get the motorbike with its special properties. If you
make it to the waters just in time, you'll fail the mission for destroying
your ride, but then on the bright side, it will be permanently proofed
already. Just drive it out of the water, store the motorbike in your garage
and save.

*****************************************************************************
9.11: FIREPROOF BLACK SENTINEL
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Making Toni
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 1
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Salvatore has finally decided to make you a made-man. Mickey and another
mafioso will fetch you from your safehouse and you will be driving everyone
in a Sentinel that sports an exclusive color black and a Fireproof car too.
Again you need to fail this mission if you have to obtain this nice car.
Mickey will drive this car away once you completed the mission.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

As soon as you take control of the car, drive over to Bedford Point pier and
ditch the car into the water. You will immediately fail the mission for
killing Mickey but fortunately, doing so won't waste you in the process. On
the brighter side, you can now own this nice-looking Fireproof Black
Sentinel. Do not kill Mickey or the other guy by sniping them or for some
reasons the Fireproof property will be deleted from the Sentinel after
mission failure.

After you dump it into the water, just drive it out and store it in your
garage and save.

METHOD 2 (PSP)

A more convenient way to fail the mission and obtain the Fireproof Sentinel
is to blow it up inside your garage. You will consequently fail the mission
for killing the guys with you, but whatís more important than that is
obtaining the car with its Fireproofing.

Instead of driving to the destination, drive the car inside the garage
instead, whip out any of your weapons and use it to destroy the car. Itís
safer to just shoot at the car until it catches fire and explode. Just keep a
safe distance from it inside the garage when it explodes, while keeping the
garage door open. After you fail the mission, just let the garage door close
on it to restore it, once you open the garage again, you now own a Fireproof
Sentinel.

*****************************************************************************
9.12: BULLETPROOF/FIREPROOF STRETCH
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Search and Rescue
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : Davidkakish from Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

Salvatore went spying on the Forellis in Fort Staunton when he realized that
the Sindaccos have declared war with the Forellis. As a result, he was caught
in the middle of a gunfight for which now you must save him. Salvatore will
ask you to bring his bulletproof Stretch to the scene, and to be able to
obtain this special car you have to fail the mission either by destroying it
or killing Salvatore. Passing the mission will mean you have to stash this in
Salvatore's garage in Newport, so there won't be any way you can have this if
you didn't fail the mission.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

After you answered the phone, get the Stretch parked at the multi-level
parking in Newport. Now instead of rescuing Salvatore, drive the car over to
Bedford Point pier, slowly and carefully drive the car into the water, front
first, until you get the failure message for destroying it. Now just drive
out of the water, store the car in your garage then save.

METHOD 2 (nico ja_PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission and get the Stretch at the Newport multi-level parking
building, drive over to the yellow marker in Fort Staunton where Salvatore is
trapped. Once the Forelli gangsters appear, kill them all by any means while
keeping an eye out for the cops should you inevitably earn some wanted stars
for your actions. Lose the heat, by picking up nearby police bribes or using
the Pay N Spray. If you're going to use the Pay N Spray, which means driving
all the way back to near your safehouse, it's better to stash the car in your
garage first before you go back again to where Salvatore is. Don't worry
about leaving it far behind as it's going to be safe inside your garage even
after you fail the mission. Now go back to Fort Staunton, locate where
Salvatore is trapped, then with just a couple of grenades or molotovs throw
them at him to kill him and fail the mission. With Salvatore killed, go back
to your garage, check out your car and let the door open and close on it to
be able to keep it once you save the game.

Alternatively, if you somehow managed to avoid using the Pay N Spray to get
rid of your wanted stars after engaging the Forelli gangsters in a gunfight,
just make your way quickly to where Salvatore is and kill him to fail the
mission. Drive the car to your garage then save.

METHOD 3 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

You can immediately just blow up the car inside your garage to fail the
mission and obtain the Bulletproof and Fireproof Stretch. This saves you more
time and effort, although this can only be applied on the PSP version of the
game, given the ability of garages on the said platform to restore destroyed
vehicles.

Drive the car to your garage after you pick it up from the parking lot,
instead of going to where Salvatore is. Once youíre in the garage, get off
the car and lob a grenade or two while keeping a safe distance from the
explosion. Since the car isnít Explosionproof, the grenades will eventually
destroy it. You will fail the mission for the destruction of the car, but you
can now have it still Bulletproof and Fireproof after you restore it back.

Alternatively, if you are Fireproof already at this point for completing 12
levels of the Firefighter mission, you can destroy the car also by setting it
ablaze until it explodes. To do this, you need a flamethrower or molotovs for
the job. Start a ground fire using either the flamethrower or Molotov, run
into the flames to set yourself ablaze, and while youíre on fire, get in the
Stretch car quickly. If your timing is correct, you will consequently set the
car on fire also. Now get out of the car quickly once it catches fire, and
just wait for it to explode. After mission failure, just regenerate the car
back in the garage and itís yours to keep, still Bulletproof and Fireproof.

*****************************************************************************
9.13: FIREPROOF BANSHEE
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Sayonara Sindaccos
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Ray Machowski/Leon McAffrey
Difficulty : 1
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Too bad this is only Fireproof, it could have been at least Bulletproof.
Donít worry though as you can have a better version of this from the Car
Salesman side mission. So it isnít much of a loss really.

This is Leon McAffrey's car that you'll meet for the first time in the game
and in his first mission for you. You're supposed to drive him to a place
where you have to kill some Sindaccos as part of a deal. You also need to
destroy the Banshee and fail this mission to get the car Fireproof.

Note: Another no wanted level mission after you drive over to the yellow
marker, during the time that you're supposed to kill the Sindaccos.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

After the cut scene, you'll find yourself standing beside the sports car. Get
in the car and drive over to Bedford Point pier and ditch the car into the
water. You'll fail the mission, but you'll preserve the Fireproof property of
this car. You can't get this if you pass the mission since Leon will drive
this away at the end of a successful mission.

METHOD 2 (PSP)

An alternative way to get this on the PSP version is to destroy it in your
garage by shooting at it until it explodes. Immediately when youíre in
control of the car already, drive to your garage instead of proceeding to the
destination as instructed by Leon MacAffrey. You will fail the mission for
what you will do, but you can keep the Banshee Fireproof as a reward.

*****************************************************************************
9.14: BULLETPROOF YELLOW PATRIOT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : False Idols
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Father Ned
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : RLG from Sundar Subramanian's LCS Secret's FAQ

In this mission you have to kill three celebrities whom Fr. Ned hates and
alleges to be unfair with journalists, so he wants you to eliminate them.
You have to intercept and kill all of them before any of them reach LCFR
station or you'll fail the mission. Each of them will be coming from
different directions and riding in three different vehicles. One is in a
helicopter, the other one in a Stretch and another in a Patriot, which is a
bulletproof car. You have to destroy the Patriot first and wait for the
mission to fail to be able to obtain the carís bulletproofing.

Take note that this has a special yellow color too, which is unobtainable at
Pay N Spray. You can either get this one first or later on, since there's a
helicopter that you can get also in this mission which will require you to
abandon the Patriot.

Be aware however, that this Bulletproof car, as well as the Stretch and
Maverick helicopter is locked on the PSP version.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2)

Start the mission and proceed quickly to the Newport boatyard where you'll
find the Patriot parked just outside of a condominium, which was Asuka's
place in GTA3. Cap the guards and steal the Patriot. Don't bother with DB-P,
one of your targets who's supposed to ride the car, as he won't move anymore
without the vehicle. Now intercept the Stretch and do a drive-by until you
destroy it. The point here is to prevent it from reaching its destination or
you'll fail the mission prematurely. Once you're done with the Stretch, rush
over to Bedford Point pier, slowly and carefully drive the car front first
into the water, and when it's partially submerged already, get off the car
and then push it slowly some more until it's halfway underwater. Now you'll
just have to wait for the other target in a helicopter to reach its
destination to fail the mission and get this car bulletproof. Drive the
Patriot out of the water then just save it in your garage.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Keep a flamethrower or a molotov in your arsenal prior to starting the
mission. Preferably but not necessary, you shouldíve completed already 12
levels of Firefighter mission so that youíre immune to flames. This method is
basically just a slight variation of Method 2 for PSP. It involves blowing up
the Patriot to destroy it, instead of submerging it into the water.

Once you start the mission, drive over quickly to the boatyard where the
Patriot is parked. Since it is locked, you need to smoke out the driver by
using either the flamethrower or molotovs. Donít overdo it though or you
might destroy the Patriot before you should be doing so. As soon as the
driver gets off the vehicle, quickly get in it and rush over to your Newport
garage that is just very near. Drive the vehicle inside the garage, get off
it and torch it using any of your flame-based weapons. Burn it until it
catches fire given that the Patriot isnít Fireproof, and then stay away in a
safe distance from the burning Patriot and just wait for it to explode. After
the Patriot explodes, stay inside the garage and keep the garage door open.
Now just wait for the mission to fail, by letting Black Lightman in the
Stretch reach the radio station. Mission failed, all you need to do now is to
restore the destroyed Patriot in the garage. Store and save the Patriot, it
is yours permanently Bulletproof.

METHOD 2 (System Error_PSP)

Before you even begin the mission, go fetch yourself a Flamethrower. Store a
fast car like a Yakuza Stinger in your garage, save, and take it with you to
the yellow marker to begin the mission. Hop in your car and drive over to the
docks where the Patriot is sitting. Now, it is locked in the PSP version, but
you can still get it. Ignore the guards and burn the Patriot. The man inside
will run out, leaving the door open, allowing you to get inside. Do so and
drive up the road, where the Stretch will be passing by shortly. Destroy it
and get on over to the Bedford Point pier.

Now here's where things get tricky. In the PSP version, the Patriot will
disappear if you are not inside it when the mission fails. But if it is not
destroyed when the mission fails, it will lose its properties! So you need to
be inside it, and in the water as Faith reaches the radio station. This isn't
exactly easy, as you'll be losing health quickly in the water. The extra
health upgrades from the Pizza Delivery and Noodle Delivery missions are
suggested.

Turn the Patriot around so the front is facing up the pier towards the
mainland. Get as close to the water as you comfortably can. Now, periodically
check your map, watching to see how close Faith is to reaching the station.
It helps to know she lands on the east side of the building. When she is
about halfway between the middle and the east edge of the building (according
to your map), wait a few seconds more, and then back into the water! Make
sure you are as submerged in a way so that the waves cannot unsubmerge you.
Now wait. Hopefully, she will arrive soon after you take your dip, otherwise,
you may drown. If all goes well, the screen will fade out to Faith's Maverick
arriving BEFORE you lose most of your health.

When the screen fades back to Toni and the Patriot, the camera angle will be
screwy. Ignore it and press and hold X to drive out as soon as possible. If
you can make it out of the water with even a little health left, you're
golden. Just take a leisurely drive back to your hideout at your own pace and
store it inside.

*****************************************************************************
9.15: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF SPEEDER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Shoot The Messenger
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 3 or 4
Source : GTA_Loco

It's a proofed speedboat this time and perhaps one of the hardest to get in
the game. Although this might be pretty useless as there won't be much use
for this, aside from the fact that it'll be too much of a trouble pushing it
all the way to the water should you need to use it, and then back again to
your garage when you're done. But it's still a special vehicle and a nice one
to have if you're seriously into collecting proofed vehicles in the game.

This is the speedboat a couple of Forellis are riding in whom you have to
chase and kill. These Forelli gangsters were supposed to tell their boss
Franco Forelli, who was responsible behind the Forelli-Sindacco feud.
Salvatore doesn't want Franco Forelli to know anything about it, that's why
you have to kill the blabbermouth.

The speedboat they'll be onboard will be BP/EP/FP if you didn't trigger the
chase, and at the same time you pass the mission. Once you trigger the chase,
it will become normal again.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission up to the point where you have to be in a speedboat supposedly
to chase the Forelli gangsters. Do not do the chase; instead, you must snipe
the one steering the boat to immediately complete the mission. Don't bother
with the armed one, since apparently the former is your more important
target.

You must approach their speedboat very carefully, and once you see a red
arrow appears above them while approaching, STOP. Try to get close enough
though until you can have a good view of the two gangsters when you peek into
your sniper scope.

Aim for a good headshot at the one behind the steering wheel, since this will
be the only viewable part of his body while he's seated. If you do it
correctly, you'll pass the mission once you kill the guy, and the boat will
be just there waiting for you to grab it.

Now get onboard and drive the proofed speedboat, look for a low-sloped
portion of the paved seaside walk in Aspatria just behind the stadium, where
you need to do a jump to get the boat on dry land. It will do you good also
if you conduct an ocular inspection first on the said location before doing
the mission.

Assuming you know already where the ideal spot for a jump is, speed up to
gain momentum and perform a jump that if you do just right will land you past
the grassy area, straight into the road. Try to avoid miscalculating your
jump or you run the risk of damaging the speedboat if you hit on anything
else repeatedly. If you make it to the main road, just jack any vehicle and
carefully push the boat straight down the road towards the fire station in
Belleville Park, turn left there, then continue pushing straight ahead
towards your garage. Be wary of some Forellis or Sindaccos who might harass
you on many occasions once you reach your safehouse. Be careful too when
pushing the boat especially if you're using a big vehicle or the boat might
get destroyed. Push the boat to your garage using the wider alley West of
your safehouse premises. Once you make it to the garage already, store the
speedboat inside diagonally where you can still store two more small size
cars afterwards. Save the game, and the boatís properties will still be
permanent in place.

*****************************************************************************
9.16: FIREPROOF BARRACKS OL
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Munitions Dump
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Ray Machowski/Leone MacAffrey
Difficulty : 3
Source : HuGooGuh & MasterOfWeapons

Leone is worried about the Forellis tooling up for trouble and who have been
running arms in Liberty City making some good money in the process. He wants
you to take care of this problem for him by intercepting and destroying a
couple of Barracks OL that carry the supplies. The Barracks OL are Fireproof
trucks, but won't be anymore once they reach their destination in Fort
Staunton. So if you have to get any of these two Barracks OLs as Fireproof
trucks, you have to destroy one of these before it reaches its destination.

The two Barracks OL will originate from two different points somewhere in
Bedford Point, and the truck that will most likely reach Fort Staunton first
and the one that you have to get, is the one that will pass by your Newport
safehouse. The second truck will take a route that will be quite far from
your safehouse, so itís more inconvenient to get the first truck than the
second truck. So failing the mission appears to be a more logical option to
be able to get one of the Fireproof trucks. You have to destroy the truck
also in order to preserve its Fireproof property.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Make sure that you have an RPG before you start the mission.

Make your way quickly to the fire station in Belleville Park and steal one of
the Firetrucks once you begin the mission. You will need this for pushing the
Barracks OLís wreckage to your garage after you destroy it. Drive the
Firetruck and park it safely by the West alley entrance of your safehouseís
premises. Get off the Firetruck, take out your RPG and just wait for the
first Barracks OL to show itself. Once the truck appears, aim carefully with
the RPG and shoot the truck as it passes by the road. If you do it correctly,
the truck will be destroyed near the alley entrance leading to your garage.
It will be much easier to push the truck then to your garage. As always, you
must keep an eye for any cops around the vicinity, as they can always make
the situation inconvenient for you if you raise a wanted level.

With the truck destroyed, donít let the wreckage out of your sight. If you
didnít raise a wanted level at this point, then youíre better off. But before
you make any pushing on the destroyed Barracks OL, take out first the Forelli
gangster who will attack you almost every time. If no Forelli gangster shows
up, then get in the Firetruck and carefully push the remains of the Barracks
OL to your garage. Avoid letting your Firetruck take some serious damages
since you have to rely on this vehicle to conveniently push the Barracks OL.
Ignore the other truck and just let it reach its destination to fail the
mission.

Fortunately, the Barracks OLís wreckage isnít that heavy to push using the
Firetruck. But with smaller vehicles, it can take some effort to do so. So
just push the wreckage carefully all the way to your garage and restore it
there. Once itís done, youíre now the owner of a Fireproof Barracks OL.

*****************************************************************************
9.17: COMPREHENSIVEPROOF FORELLI EXSESS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Rough Justice
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco

Cool. Finally, thereís an obtainable Comprehensiveproof car in Liberty City
Stories. In fact, the two cars you're supposed to smash up to provoke the
Forellis into a two-wave shootout with you are obtainable Comprehensiveproof
cars. Curiously, the proofing for both cars will apply one at a time on each
of them at certain stages of the confrontation, during which you have to
ditch each car into the water to be able to "destroy" it first to obtain the
proofing. You can choose to get only one or both of them, the methods varying
from each other just slightly.

System Error noted that you need to consider arming yourself also with a
Stubby Shotgun, incase youíll have difficulty when it came time to retrieve
the car from the water. Driving it out of the water can be a pain to do, so
the shotgun option of pushing the car out of the water can be a convenient
alternative.

This is also a no wanted level mission as soon as you start it, so you don't
have to worry about the law enforcers getting in your way.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP_For obtaining any one of the cars)

Start the mission and head right away to any of the two-parked Forelli Exsess
in Lower Wichita Gardens. Don't bother picking up the hoods, as they're
pretty much useless anyway. Once you arrived at any one of the parked cars,
ride or hit it to provoke the first wave of the shootout, but don't engage
the Forellis yet at this stage. Get the other car parked somewhere on the
other side of the apartment complex, which becomes proofed at this point.
Note that this car is Comprehensiveproof, ONLY WHILE THE FIRST WAVE OF ATTACK
IS IN PROGRESS. And so you must destroy this at this point by submerging it
into the water in order to preserve its special properties.

If you're going to the direction of the tunnel, there's a lagoon to your
right (from your point of view) where you can ditch the car. There's a
portion in the lagoon by the curve of the road that is deep enough and
gradually slopes down into the water. You can tell if you've ditched the car
properly: 1) if you don't hear the sound of its muffler anymore and half of
the car is submerged and 2) if upon finishing off the first wave of gunfight
you receive the message "Exact Revenge on the Forellis" almost immediately
upon being instructed to smash up another car. This will confirm you've
somehow smashed it up already when you ditched it into the water. But if you
didn't receive the "Exact Revenge on the Forellis" message and see a red
arrow appears above the car instead even though it's underwater, then you've
failed to ditch it deep enough and you've lost that one already. This means
the car has reverted back to being a normal one. This can happen sometimes
probably as a glitch.

Now assuming you did just right in ditching the car, proceed with killing all
the Forellis in the first wave of gunfight. You will be told to smash up the
second car that happens to be the one in the water already. If the second
wave of gunfight with the Forellis is provoked right away because you
successfully submerged the other car, don't fight yet. Drive that car out of
the water, test it first for its proofing if you wish to make sure; if it is
still proofed, finish off the Forellis using the car and complete the
mission. Just store the car in the garage and save.

If by stroke of bad luck you failed to obtain the proofing of the car you
submerged into the water, you can get another shot at the other car that
you've first smashed up. This will be transformed into a Comprehensiveproof
car at the second stage of the shootout. But again, you need to properly
ditch the car first into the water before you proceed with killing all the
Forellis in the second encounter. You must keep it submerged into the water
until you pass the mission. Make sure however that you lure and kill the last
of the gangster near the car when wrapping up your task, or it might vanish.

METHOD 2 ((GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP_For obtaining both of them)

Do the mission up to the point where you have to smash up any of the two
parked Forelli Exsess cars in Wichita Gardens. Hit any of the parked cars to
provoke the Forellis, but don't fight with them yet. Get the other Forelli
Exsess car you haven't touched yet, located at the opposite side of the
apartment complex. At this point that car is already Comprehensiveproof, and
you must ditch this into the water by the lagoon in Wichita Gardens in order
to preserve the special properties. You must do this while you havenít
finished off yet all the Forelli gangsters in the first wave of gunfight,
given that the proofing of the car is toggled off during the attack.

After you have ditched the car into the water, kill all the Forellis in the
first wave gunfight. If you receive the message "Exact Revenge on the
Forellis" almost immediately upon being instructed to smash up another car,
then you're still good to go. But if you didn't receive the message almost
right away and see a red arrow appears above the car instead, then you've
failed to preserve the carís proofing and have lost that one already. You
have to restart the mission again.

However, if all signs lead to your success in ditching the car properly,
proceed with killing all the Forellis in the first wave gunfight. You will be
told then to smash up the second car (which happens to be in the water
already) to provoke the second wave of shootout. Now before you fight, drive
the car out of the water first and test it if it still has its proofing. If
everything's just okay, store it in your garage first, and then head back to
where you left the other car that you first smashed up. That other car at
this point will also be proofed already. Donít be deceived by what you will
see on its condition if by chance youíve damaged it partially or seriously,
prior to provoking the second wave gunfight. Once you have entered the second
wave gunfight, that car is Comprehensiveproof already. But in order to obtain
permanently its Comprehensiveproof property, you must also ditch this into
the water in exactly the same manner you did to the other car before you
finish off all the Forelli gangsters in the second wave gunfight. Don't worry
about leaving it into the water far from where you will move around during
the gunfight since it won't disappear.

Now kill the Forellis in the second wave gunfight, but leave at least one or
two and make them follow you to the spot where the car is. If you don't do
this, once you've passed the mission, the car might vanish, so it's important
that you kill the last of the gangsters near the car. Complete the mission,
drive the car out of the water, store it in your garage together with the
other one and save.

You now own a couple of cool Comprehensiveproof Forelli Exsess cars, nice
trophies to have and probably the only type of car that is Comprehensiveproof
in Liberty City Stories.

9.18: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF RHINO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Shogun Showdown
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : HuGooGuh & MasterOfWeapons

This is a standard military vehicle that has always made its presence in all
the GTA games. An armored vehicle, though unfortunately not Comprehensively
proofed, but a formidable weapon to have just the same given the fact that it
blows up any vehicle it comes into contact with. Thanks to HuGooGuh &
MasterOfWeapons for bringing this to my attention.

In Liberty City Stories this can be as rare to appear as in GTA3 and VC, but
more like as difficult to obtain as in VC. You can steal one of these from
the army when you have access to Shore side Vale already and have raised your
wanted level to 6, or if you can be bothered to complete the game 100% first.
You can find this infinitely spawned somewhere in the rubbles at Fort
Staunton. But if you want to obtain this more easily, you can have a good
chance of doing so when you do this Shoreside Vale mission for Salvatore.

You're supposed to destroy this Yakuza gang weapon that theyíre planning to
use to take over the turfs in Liberty City by rigging it with a bomb and then
blowing it up. Your only option here is to pass the mission by destroying the
tank. On the PS2 version, rigging it with a bomb and blowing it up or setting
it on fire to blow it up definitely isnít any of the ways to destroy tank, if
you want to obtain it. You have to ditch this into the water as the only way
to ďdestroyĒ it without actually wrecking it.

In PSP however, it is much easier to destroy this by just rigging it with a
bomb and just blowing it up or using the fire method. The garages ability to
restore destroyed vehicles on the PSP can make things easier for you.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission, make your way to the Yakuza compound in Aspatria in a
Yakuza Stinger car to gain access inside where the tank is. Park beside the
Rhino, and then quickly get off your car and steal the tank. This will
immediately alert the Yakuza gangsters to take actions against you, just
blast them off and make you way out of their compound. If you have raised
some wanted stars for creating a ruckus, lose the heat first leaving the
tank, stealing another vehicle and using the Pay N Spray. Once you're
cleared, come back for the tank and make your way to Bedford Point pier.
Ignore those Yakuza Stingers who will try to ram you along the way, possibly
with the intention of raising your wanted level. Just try to avoid them as
much as you can.

When you reach the pier, back the tank into the water slowly, get off before
it goes underwater and push it slowly into the water slightly angled so that
you can easily get in afterwards. Continue pushing it slowly into the water
until a little more than half of it is submerged already. Get out of the
water each time you make a push until you get the message that you've
successfully completed the mission. Though you will be submerged when you get
in the tank and drive it out of the water, surprisingly, you won't decrease
your health. Just drive the tank to your garage and save it.

Weird thing about this tank after you retrieve it is that its destructive
feature of blowing up vehicles upon contact with them is disabled. The tankís
feature wonít revert back to normal not until you regenerate it in your
garage.

METHOD 2 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Do the mission as normal up to the point where you have to steal the tank
from the Yakuza compound in Aspatria. Head for the bomb shop in Newport as
soon as you have control of the tank, and rig it with a bomb. Now drive the
tank to your garage and set off the bomb. Get off the tank quickly, stay
inside the garage to keep its door open, but position yourself at a safe
distance away from the tank and just wait for it to blow up. You will pass
the mission for successfully destroying the tank, and all you have to do now
is to restore it using the garage ability to regenerate destroyed vehicles.
Just save the tank in your garage, you now own one powerful weapon at your
disposal.

*****************************************************************************
9.19: FIREPROOF SECURICAR
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Cash Clash
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Toshiko Kasen
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

This is your second mission for a Japanese woman who's out for revenge
against her husband whom she considers very bad. She likes you to sabotage
her husbandís business by destroying three Fireproof Securicar vans carrying
casino money owned by her husband. You must do this before any of the vans
can reach their destination.

On the PSP version however, you can still obtain the Securicar with its
Fireproof property, even after you destroy it to pass the mission. You simply
push the destroyed van to your garage and restore it there.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

One way to get this van with its special property is to fail the mission.
You cannot pass this mission without destroying all of the three vans, but
you cannot obtain any of the vans either if you destroy them, more
particularly on the PS2 version. Your PS2 garage simply won't restore any of
them.

But on both platforms, there is one strange way though in getting the
Securicar: simply drive it to Portland Island to fail the mission once you
have snatched it from the driver. You donít even need to touch it, you just
cross the boundary and the van is yours, still with its Fireproof property.

If you fail the mission in any manner while youíre in Staunton after you
steal the van, it will be deleted in the game and along with it you will be
wasted too. Thatís why you have to drive away to Portland Island in order not
to get wasted when you fail the mission.

So when getting it, intercept the Securicar vans as soon as you begin the
mission. Block the path of the first van but do not bump into any of them or
they will be alerted and will speed away in different directions. When you're
already in front of the first van in the convoy, take out your sniper rifle
or any gun and accurately snipe out the driver through the windshield since
the van's door will be locked. Once he falls off the van, you'll immediately
earn two wanted stars while the two others will scatter in different
directions towards their destination.

Get in the emptied van quickly, and drive to Portland Island as fast as you
can. As soon as you reach Portland, after the "Welcome to Portland Island"
message appears on the screen, you'll immediately fail the mission for "not
destroying the van". Just drive the van back to Staunton Island, and save it
in your garage.

METHOD 2 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Proceed with the mission as you normally should. Use a tank to quickly
destroy the vans and just push the wreckage to your garage to restore it
there. This is also a convenient way to get the Fireproof Securicar, and pass
the mission at the same time. At this stage in the game you shouldíve
acquired already the Rhino from the mission Shogun Showdown, so this is a
good opportunity to put the tank to good use.

Drive the tank to Toshikoís place and obtain the mission. Keep in mind that
you must park the tank on the road and not within the condominiumís premises
or for some reasons it will disappear. After the cut scene, get in your tank
and chase the vans located just around the corner en route already to their
destination. Follow the convoy carefully, and wait until they pass by near
your safehouse, given that their destination is to the Yakuza compound just a
block away from your place. As soon as they come close to your safehouseís
vicinity, speed up, ram or use you cannon to quickly dispose of your targets
to complete the mission. You will find the destroyed vans lying on the road,
and all you have to do is to push any of them to your garage using the Rhino.
Restore the Fireproof Securicar in your garage, and keep it there for good.

*****************************************************************************
9.20: FIREPROOF STRETCH
*****************************************************************************

Mission : A Date with Death
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Toshiko Kasen
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco

You are tasked in this mission to escort Toshiko Kasen as her chauffeur to
watch an opera in Fort Staunton. You mustn't be late for the event or you'll
fail the mission. Toshiko's Stretch limo that you'll be driving is a
Fireproof car whether you choose to destroy it first before you run out of
time or complete the mission.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Pick up Toshikoís Stretch, and instead of driving Toshiko to the opera,
immediately proceed to Bedford Point pier and ditch the car into the water.
You will fail the mission once you destroyed the car, but now you can just
save this in your garage with its Fireproof property.

You canít be late for the event, neither can you kill Toshiko if you want to
fail the mission, or the limo will vanish from your possesion.

On the PSP platform, if youíll go for the mission failure option, you can do
so by blowing up the limo in your garage. Drive it there immediately once you
get control of it, and then shoot it with any gun until it catches fire and
explode. Restore it afterwards, and it will still remain Fireproof.

METHOD 2 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission as normal up to the point where you have to go to the opera.
After the cut scene, a group of Forelli gangsters will attack you and
Toshiko; kill any of them who will get in your way. You will earn a couple of
wanted stars in most cases, so you must rush back with Toshiko in the limo
and drive away as fast as you can to the Pay N spray to lose the heat and
repair the limo. There will be at least three more Forelli cars that will
chase and ambush you along the way, just take them out in any way possible
being careful not to destroy the car or you'll fail the mission if Toshiko
gets killed. Once everything's cleared, just drive to Toshiko's place to
complete the mission. You will still find the car outside of her place after
the cut scene, still Fireproof. Store the car in the garage and save.

9.21: BULLETPROOF/FIREPROOF LANDSTALKER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : See the Sight Before Your Flight
Location : Francis International Airport, Shoreside Vale
Difficulty : 4
Source : Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

Previously classified as bulletproof only, this nice SUV turns out to be
fireproof as well.

In this side mission you have to escort tourists to certain locations around
Liberty City, take pictures of them on the spot then back again to where you
started on a given time. You earn money for every successful service, and
upon successful completion of LEVEL 12, you will receive a bulletproof/
fireproof Landstalker as a reward, which will spawn in your Shoreside Vale
safehouse. This car happens to also have an exclusive color of black top and
blue bottom. The ordinary combination you can find for this car is the
reverse of the color scheme of this special car. Note that you must get the
car right away and save it once it spawns in your Shoreside Vale safehouse or
you'll never find it again anymore.

*****************************************************************************
9.22: FIREPROOF STREET RACING CARS
*****************************************************************************

Interestingly, all the cars in the different hidden races on the three
islands are obtainable sporty Fireproof cars. Theyíre back again, since the
time Vice City first introduced Fireproof racing cars in the hidden street
races.

The street races where you can find the Fireproof cars will be available
after you complete the mission Grease Sucho for Ma Cipriani. All of them are
obtainable from a yellow marker at a payphone in a designated location on
each island.

In addition to being Fireproof, most of the racing cars are exclusively
colored too. If youíre getting some of these cars, it might be best to do so
before you complete a certain mission on a given island. There are some
missions that will establish hostilities between you and a gang after you
complete them. In particular, completing Driving Mr. Leone or Blow Up Dolls
for Salvatore will lead to constant attacks from the Triads and Sindaccos,
which can get in the way if youíre obtaining any of the Fireproof Hellenbach
cars in Low Rider Rumble in Chinatown. Doing some later Staunton Island
missions can lead to attacks from either the Forelli gangsters or the Yardie
Lobos, which can upset your quest for any of the Deimos SP cars in the Deimos
Dash race in Staunton Island. Completing the mission Cash in Kazukiís Chips
will establish animosity between you and the Yakuza gangsters in Shoreside
Vale, which can hamper you in obtaining any of the Fireproof Cheetah cars in
the Wi-Cheetah Run race. You can ignore getting the Cheetah however, given
that you can always have a better version of it from the Car Salesman
mission, unless you also just want a Cheetah with a special color.

On the PS2 platform however, you can only obtain the Exclusive Colors of some
of the racing cars sans Fireproof property. To get them, you can follow
exactly the method outlined for obtaining the Thunder Rodd on the PS2
version.

A list of the entire street racing cars you can find in the street car races
includes:

A. Race : Low Rider Rumble
Car Type : Sky Blue Hellenbach GT
                White Hellenbach GT
                Chrome Red Hellenbach GT
Location : Chinatown. Race is obtainable at a payphone outside of
Don Kiddickís Sausage Factory near Joey Leoneís Auto Shop
                Trenton, Portland Island
   Difficulty : 4

B. Race : Deimos Dash
Car Type : Sky Blue Deimos SP
                White Deimos SP

Location : Fort Staunton. Race is obtainable at a payphone at Aspatria
                parking lot, near the Stadium.
                Aspatria, Staunton Island
   Difficulty : 2

C. Race : Wi-Cheetah Run
Car Type : Sky Blue Cheetah
                White Cheetah
                Chrome Red Cheetah
Location : Lower Wichita Gardens, near tunnel entrance. Race is
obtainable at a payphone in front of an apartment complex at
Lower Wichita Gardens. This is the same payphone used for
                King Courtneyís missions in GTA3.
                Lower Wichita Gardens, Shoreside Vale
   Difficulty : 3
Note : Sky Blue & Chrome Red Cheetahs are Exclusively Colored cars
   Source : GTA_Loco

The trick here is to kill the driver to fail the mission by blowing up his
car while he is onboard, after the racers have returned back to the
start/finish line. This is the only way to destroy it properly since the
Fireproofing is toggled off during the race, and destroying the car seems to
preserve that special property in a way. You wonít be able to use any of your
guns, considering that all the racing cars are bulletproof, although that is
only during the race. The cars donít keep the bulletproofing at the end of
the race however the race was concluded. You then need to restore the
wreckage in the garage after you destroy the car to finally obtain at least
the Fireproofing of it.

This is basically similar to the method in getting the Grease Sucho mission
racing cars, except that in the street races, you have to first wait for your
opponents to return back to the start/finish line in order for the Fireproof
property of the cars to be obtainable. Destroying any of the cars prematurely
can lose the Fireproof property.

The applicable method works for all of the racing cars in all of the races.

.............................................................................
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Never use or ride in any of your proofed vehicles,
including the Rhino, when doing the street races. The races will PERMANENTLY
DISABLE the vehicleís special properties as soon as you ride in it. However,
this can happen only if you get in any proofed vehicle once you started the
race by any means and while it is ongoing. But once the race is over, whether
you cancelled it, failed it or completed it, everything will return back to
normal.
.............................................................................

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

Obtain the race from the designated payphone in an island. Head over to the
start line aboard any car and start the race. Use a bigger and heavier car
like a Leone Sentinel or anything similar, so that you can conveniently push
the FP sports car of your choice afterwards. It doesnít matter whether you
officially start the race by driving over to the yellow marker, or you just
bump or hit any of your racing opponents to trigger the race. As long as you
donítí fire any of your weapons at any of them, you should be just fine.

Once the race has started, remain in your car and just wait until your racing
opponents return back to where they started. Whatever happens, never leave
your car or youíll get disqualified, so donít bother trying to get a truck or
a van that can be used for pushing.

When you see the cars park at the start/finish line, itís time to do your
homework. Using the car youíre driving, push the Fireproof car of your choice
slowly and carefully all the way to your garage. If by any chance youíve
raised a wanted level or two along the way, or seriously damaged your car
because of excessive pushing or constant crashing, use the Pay N Spray to
lose the heat or repair your car. Never worry about leaving the FP car youíre
pushing since it wonít go anywhere. Your time isnít limited too so itís just
okay to take a long time pushing the car to your garage.

Upon reaching your garage, position the Fireproof car near the garage door,
and then park your car at a safe distance away from it. Get off your car and
carefully lob a grenade or two at the Fireproof car. The explosion will
destroy the car, kill the driver and youíll eventually fail the mission. You
might raise an unexpected wanted level as a consequence of your action, but
this will be negligible considering that youíre within your safehouseís
premises. Now all you have to do is to push the destroyed sports car inside
the garage and let the door close on it. Once you open the garage again, you
will find a brand new Fireproof sports car just waiting for you to keep in
there for good.

*****************************************************************************
9.23: FIREPROOF STREET RACING MOTORBIKES
*****************************************************************************

All the motorbikes in the different hidden races in the three islands are
Fireproof as well. They can be obtained from any of the street races
scattered in the three islands, available after you complete the mission
Booby Prize for Maria.

In addition to being Fireproof motorbikes, some of them are exclusively
colored too. If youíre getting any of these motorbikes, you might also want
to consider doing so before you complete the missions that will establish
hostilities between you and some gangs in a given island. This is to avoid
making it inconvenient for you getting constantly attacked by them. You might
not want to bother with the Fireproof motorbikes though, considering that you
can always get a better version of them doing the Bike Salesman mission.

A list of the entire street racing motorbikes you can find in the races
includes:

A. Race : Red Light Racing
   Motorbike Type: Sky Blue Sanchez
                   Chrome Red Sanchez

                   Island.

Essentially similar to the method for obtaining the Fireproof racing cars,
the trick here is to kill the biker to fail the mission by blowing up his
motorbike while he is onboard, after the racers have returned back to the
start/finish line. You then need to push the wreckage to your garage and
restore it there. Stealing one of the Fireproof motorbikes and killing its
rider when heís off his ride can lose the motorbikeís Fireproof property.
Killing any of the other bikers can produce the same result.

It is extremely difficult also to push the motorbike to your garage, by just
using your motorbike. You canít use another vehicle for pushing given that
you must be in a motorbike while the race is on. Otherwise, the Fireproof
motorbikes will disappear once you disqualify yourself for not being on a
motorbike. So this situation inconveniently limits your movement a lot.
Thatís why you need to destroy the Fireproof motorbike instead, so once you
terminated the race, you can just then push the wreckage to your garage by
stealing and using a bigger vehicle.

The applicable method works for all of the motorbikes in all of the races.

.............................................................................

Before you head
for to the start line aboard any motorbike and start the race, shoot at your
ride until it is about to catch fire and explode. This is to easily destroy
the motorbike later on, since you need to use your own motorbike as an
explosive device to blow up your opponents ride. You donít need to go on with
the race though, instead, just wait for the motorbikes to return back to the
start/finish line. You can actually use any other explosive weapon, like a
grenade or RPG, but these weapons will almost always alert the cops. Using a
vehicle instead as an explosive device always minimizes the chances of
alerting the cops.

Now once the racers are back after the laps, park your smoking motorbike
beside any of the other motorbikes of your choice, get off your ride and then
shoot your motorbike some more until it finally catches fire. Move away from
the explosion as far as you can, but without losing sight of the motorbikes.
Your exploding motorbike will destroy the other motorbikes as well, and
youíll eventually fail the mission for killing one of the bikers. Now just
steal any vehicle, a car or a van and carefully push the destroyed motorbike
to your garage. Watch out for the cops as usual, avoid raising any wanted
level. In the garage, let the door close on the burnt motorbike, when you
open it again, you will find a Fireproof Sanchez just waiting for you to keep
in there for good.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
10. EXCLUSIVELY COLORED VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Some vehicles in the game have paintjobs you won't normally get from Pay N
Spray or from those that you see driving around in free roam. Exclusive
colors are assigned to certain vehicles only in a mission, and you can never
obtain such paintjob anywhere else except in the given mission. The exclusive
paintjobs are oftentimes discreetly applied to the vehicles that you wonít be
able to notice it unless you check carefully. The colors can range from
something really striking to something rather unnoticeable.

There are a limited number of colors that are assigned to certain types of
vehicles, which are obtainable from Pay N Spray, and a color or color schemes
for a given vehicle that isn't in its regular color palette is what
classifies it as an Exclusive Color.

In GTA3, most of the known ones have black color only and in Vice City,
special paintjob was limited to a few different colors although most of them
also sport jet black color. Then in San Andreas about a dozen of them in
different colors have appeared. In Liberty City Stories however, you can find
more of these vehicles having exclusive paintjobs. There are gamers who like
having this type of special vehicle for the simple reason that these
exclusively colored vehicles have a feature that is unique in a way.

10.01: BLACK KURUMA
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Home Sweet Home
Location : Portland Island
Character : Vincenzo
Difficulty : 1
Source : GTA_Loco

So you're finally back to Liberty City. The very first car you'll drive for
your first mission is this sleek looking black car owned by your new boss
Vincenzo.

NOTE: This is also the very first no wanted level mission in the game. If you
feel like raising a lot of money early at this point and accumulating weapons
on the same occasion, then this would be a perfect time for you.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission, drive to the destinations to complete the mission. After you
pass it, just stash this in your garage then save.

Too bad you can't fail this mission by ditching this into the water as you
would revert back to the very beginning and considering too that your garage
would be useable only after you complete the mission. This car happens to be
the first fireproof car in the game so it could've been possible to get it
fireproof if somehow you can fail the mission without starting the mission
all over again. Passing this would return the car back to a normal one. You
can only get its special black color but there will always be one spawning
outside of Vincenzo's place all the time.

*****************************************************************************
10.02: DARK BROWN PATRIOT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : A Volatile Situation
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco

The Sindaccos are planning to blow up a casino owned by Salvatore so you have
to help a couple of Leone boys to protect it. Four groups of Sindaccos in
four different waves of attack will attempt to plant bombs in the place and
you have to do whatever it takes to prevent them from succeeding. They will
use four different vehicles, the first two of which are the standard Sindacco
car, while the third is this Patriot with a special dark brown color. This is
a rather dandy special Patriot as it has a rather feminine pink bumper and
window trimmings. You have to pass this mission though if you're into
collecting this. Failing the mission in any manner will always result in the
disappearance of this vehicle. If you happen to be onboard it, you will get
wasted.

NOTE: A no wanted level once you've stepped into the casino marker.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission up to the point where you have to intercept the Sindaccos in a
car. Kill them on the first two waves of the attack, and on the third wave
where they will be in a Patriot, just wait for them in the casino until they
arrive. Once they alight from the vehicle, waste them quickly while not
allowing any one of them to plant a bomb. When all the gangsters are dead and
after the cut scene showing a bomb-laden Yankee truck, quickly grab the
Patriot and intercept the truck. Perform a drive-by to the Yankee until you
destroy it. If you failed to destroy the Yankee before it reaches the casino,
just park the Patriot first in a safe place near the casino, and then drive
the Yankee away from the casino to within a safe distance before the bomb
timer goes off. Mission passed, get back to where you left the Patriot, store
it to your garage and then save.

10.03: WHITE PONY WITH WHITE BUMPERS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Dead Meat
Location : Portland Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Difficulty : 2
Source : GTA_Loco

Giovanni Casa is a meat dealer who pays regular protection money to Ma
Cipriani, and because you took incriminating pictures of him in a previous
mission, he now refuses to fulfill his obligations. As a result, Ma Cipriani
will challenge you again to show her you have guts by exacting a rightful
punishment to the way Casa has snub your family.

The Pony where Casa's chopped remains will be loaded into after you murder
him inside the sawmill has white bumpers, which is a special paintjob for
this van. The body color isn't anything special, but the bumpersí color is.

A regular white Pony always has a dark gray front and rear bumpers, while the
lightest colored Pony that has an all-over color is a light cream one which
gives the impression as the same as this exclusively colored Pony if you
donít check it carefully. You need to fail the mission if you have to get
this van, given that this will be gone after you drive it to Casaís deli once
you successfully complete your assignment.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission, pick-up Giovanni Casa from his meat shop. Drive over to
the sawmill in Trenton, go with him inside and murder him. He will always try
to run away from you that's why you must sneak up behind him and hit him when
you're close enough. When youíre done killing him, the Pony will appear
outside of the sawmill after the cut scene, just waiting for you to drive it
to Casa's meat shop. You will instantly earn two wanted stars at this point
so just leave the van to lose the heat first by picking up some nearby police
bribes or using the Pay N Spray. You wonít fail the mission for leaving the
van behind, as long as it doesnít get destroyed. As soon as your wanted level
is cleared, get back to the van and drive it over to a seaside location in
Harwood. Carefully ditch the van into the water rear first to destroy it. You
will fail the mission for doing so but you can now keep this exclusively
colored van to your collection.

METHOD 2 (PSP)

Alternatively, on the PSP version you can just destroy the van inside your
garage to fail the mission and obtain it. You have to lose the heat first
after you earn a couple of wanted stars for the murder of Casa, and then just
come back for the van afterwards wherever you left it. Drive the van to your
garage, and using any of your weapons, destroy the van by all means. After
you fail the mission for destroying the van instead of delivering it to
Casaís place, just restore it back and save it.

10.04: BLACK SENTINEL
*****************************************************************************

Mission : No Son of Mine
Location : Portland Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Difficulty : 4
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Ma Cipriani's last mission will end in a violent act of disappointment on her
part, when she made a contract with hitmen to finish you off for not being a
worthy son to her. As lovingly as a mother that she is in the Mafia style,
she thinks that the best thing for you is to be eliminated for good. She has
sent a group of hitmen out to get you, and all the guys who will come after
you will be driving in several Black Sentinels.

NOTE: This is also a no wanted level right from the very start of the
mission.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

After the cut scene, kill every single hit man that will try to get you.
There will be quite a lot of them, so you need to survive the onslaught and
just finish off every single one of them. Once you've passed the mission, you
can just help yourself with any of the Black Sentinels you'll find scattered
around the place assuming you didn't destroy all of them.

*****************************************************************************
10.05: BLACK PCJ 600
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Biker Heat
Location : Portland Island
Character : Maria
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco

In the same mission where you can get a bulletproof PCJ 600 from Wayne, one
of his gang mate's motorbike happens to be a black PCJ 600, which is
something you won't find around the cities. You can choose not to bother with
this as you can always find one spawned at Salvatore's mansion all the time.
So this one is pretty much pointless to obtain in this mission.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

As soon as the chase part begins, ride in this motorbike that you will find
parked to your right and use it to chase Wayne. Kill him in any way to pass
the mission and keep this motorbike in your garage.

*****************************************************************************
10.06: PINK PATRIOT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Contra-Banned
Location : Portland Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 4
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

An Exclusively Colored vehicle that is difficult to obtain? It's too much of
a trouble really for something with just a special paintjob, but whether you
want this for your collection or you just need to complete your task, you
have no other choice but to deal with the difficulty of the task since this
is very much a critical part of the mission. It's necessary also to fail the
mission if you're getting this, since passing it requires that you to store
the Patriot in a lock-up. Make sure also that you have a space in your garage
for this before you do the mission. Aside from its pink color, the bumpers
and window trimmings have a cool bluish chrome plating too.

The Colombians whom you will meet will arrive in this pink Patriot carrying
the stuffs for Salvatore. However, you will be double-crossed by them and law
enforcers will arrive to the scene and will try to bust you. No matter what
happens, you have to take the vehicle with the stuffs otherwise you'll lose
the mission.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Go to Portland dockyard and meet up with the suppliers. After the cut scene,
you'll find yourself screwed up in a shootout against the Colombians and law
enforcers. The Patriot is nearby, so be careful not to let it sustain gunfire
but you have to waste the Colombians and law enforcers or they will shred to
pieces your vehicle if you immediately drive it. To make matters worse, you
will consequently earn wanted stars. Now you cannot just leave the Patriot
there while you try to lose your wanted level some other ways because you
will fail the mission. Instead, pick-up a nearby police bribe near a
warehouse to reduce your wanted level. If you're obtaining this, you
certainly cannot drive to a Pay N Spray, which will mean losing the pink
paintjob. You have to stash this in your garage first and just leave it
there, leave the area far enough to fail the mission for abandoning the car
and the stuffs. After mission failure, just go back to your garage, open and
close its door to save the Patriot.

10.07: NAVY BLUE MANANA
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Salvatore's Salvation
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Difficulty : 1
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Salvatore is kidnapped by the Sindaccos in this mission, and they intend to
kill him by dumping the car where he is being kept in the trunk in the
crusher so you must try to save him. The car that you have to follow to the
location where Salvatore is being held is a Navy Blue Manana that has an
unobtainable color from Pay N spray. You can choose to fail this mission
first if you want to get this car.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission and quickly intercept the Manana a Sindacco gangster is
driving. This will scare driver, and he will get off the car and flee. You
will fail the mission for doing so, but this car will be just there, waiting
for you to grab and save in your garage. This is no doubt the simplest and
easiest way to get it. You can choose to wait until it parks to where
Salvatore is being kept, and then just let the Sindaccos escape with him in
another car and let Salvatore get killed, but why wait that long in the
mission when the bottom line is just failing the mission much quickly.

10.08: LIGHT NAVY BLUE KURUMA
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Salvatore's Salvation
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

The car where Salvatore is being kept in the trunk after the Sindaccos
kidnapped him is this Kuruma that sports a lighter shade of the Navy Blue
color of the Manana. You need to fail the mission also if you wish to keep
this since this will vanish once you've successfully rescued Salvatore.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission and follow the Navy Blue Manana to lead you where Salvatore
is being held. After the cut scene, approach this car quickly and use your
sniper rifle to take out the driver of the car. You must do this before all
of the gangsters get in the Kuruma car and drive to the crusher. Kill all the
remaining Sindacco gangsters if you have to, and then get in the Kuruma.
Drive into a seaside location in Harwood beside a construction site and
carefully ditch the car into the water. You'll fail the mission for killing
Salvatore, but more importantly than Salvatore's life if you're after this
car, is you can now just stash this into your garage and save it.

10.09: BLACK & WHITE BANSHEE
*****************************************************************************

Mission : The Trouble with the Triads
Location : Portland Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco

Salvatore tasks you in this mission to retrieve some money in a compound
where the Triads raided the Leones. In the cut scene you'll see Salvatore
driving in a Banshee that has an exclusive black & white color.
He will drive away and you won't be able to find this again, not until after
you enter the compound and started the gunfight with the Triads.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission and proceed to your destination. After the cut scene, kill
all the Triads and retrieve the money. On your way back to Salvatoreís
mansion, more Triad gangsters will chase you and shoot at you. Deal with them
first, before you try to obtain the Banshee car. Back in Salvatore's mansion,
the Banshee at this stage in the mission re-appears again. It is sometimes
smashed into a tree, sometimes parked in the middle of the driveway. The car
is in a badly damaged condition, so you have to be very careful when trying
to obtain it, more specifically if youíre on the PS2 platform. If you
accidentally destroy it while pushing it, youíll lose the car. In any case,
just push it very carefully to your garage using the Leone Sentinel parked
near Salvatoreís garage, and then go back again to Salvatore's mansion to
complete the mission. Return to your garage and let the door open and close
on the car to save it.

10.10: PERMANENT WHITE STRETCH
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Love & Bullets
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco

Donald Love was supposed to get away from the threats of the Forellis and
your task is to drive for him in a White Stretch. However, along the way near
your safe house, an ambush is set-up by the Forellis and you have to defend
Donald from getting killed.

Donald's Stretch has a white color that looks like a normal one in that this
is ordinarily obtainable from Pay N Spray. But what makes this color special
in a way is the fact that it can't be altered however you re-spray it at Pay
N Spray. Normally you can obtain three colors for a Stretch car from Pay N
Spray including a black, off white and white color. But Donald's Stretch
can't be repainted with the other two colors except White only. It's sort of
a fixed color for the car, similar to the black of a Leone Sentinel.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission and kill all the ambushing Forellis from the two waves of
attack. When you're done, if at this point you decide to obtain all three
special vehicles including this one, drive first the Stallion and Bobcat to
your garage then get back for the Stretch. Drive Donald Love back to his
office, pass the mission and then drive this Stretch back to your garage and
save it.

10.11: CHROME RED STALLION WITH NAVY BLUE ROOF
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Love & Bullets
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

This mission offers you three exclusively colored cars that you can obtain in
one go should you decide to collect them all, and one of them is this
Stallion car with an exclusively colored body and roof.

While escorting Donald to a destination, your party will be ambushed by a
group of Forellis during which an ordinary motorist driving this exclusively
colored Stallion will get caught up in the firefight. As a result, the scared
guy will leave his car just beside Donald Love's White Stretch. In most
occasions this car will appear with a roof although sometimes it will also
appear without one. If you chance upon the roof less one, restart the mission
and the one with a roof will most likely to appear the next time around.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

As the shooting part starts, kill all the ambushing Forellis before they
destroy Donald Love's white Stretch. Wait for the second wave of attack where
a couple of Forelli guys are onboard a Bobcat and take them out too. After
youíve killed all the Forelli gangsters, drive the Stallion to your garage
first and keep it there, get Donald's Stretch and drive him back to his
office to complete the mission. Drive back to your garage, open and close its
door on the Stallion and then save the game.

10.12: BLACK BOBCAT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Love & Bullets
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

This vehicle is driven by a couple of Forelli gangsters who are part of a
group of Forellis that will attacked Donald Love while heís escaping from
them. This Bobcat is sporting an all-over black color that is unobtainable at
Pay N Spray.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Get to the part where you must kill all the ambushing Forelli gangsters
before they destroy Donald Love's white Stretch. There will be a second wave
of attack from a couple of Forelli gangsters riding in a Black Bobcat coming
from the direction of the Pay N Spray. Kill them also before they do any harm
to Donald Love. Once you're done with all of them, store the Bobcat to your
garage first, and then get Donald Love's car and drive him back to his place.
After you pass the mission, go back to your garage, open the door and let it
close again to save this vehicle.

10.13: BLACK PONY
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Taking the Peace
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Salvatore has plans to sabotage a peace deal between the Sindaccos and the
Forellis so he has chosen to mess up Paulie Sindacco's car by attaching a
device that will enable you to take remote control of it. You will have to
ride into a black Pony where the controls are supposedly located, but you
mustn't kill Paulie or you'll fail the mission. But whether you fail or pass
this mission, you can keep the Exclusively colored Black Pony for yourself.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Take Salvatore's call from a payphone at Liberty Campus to begin the mission.
Get into the Pony van, take control of Paulie's car and kill all the Forellis
gathered in a location by running over them. Try not to damage the car and
kill Paulie if you want to complete the mission successfully, after which you
can just store this black Pony in a garage and save. If you unavoidably
killed Paulie and failed the mission, you can still keep this to your garage
and just redo the mission.

10.14: WHITE BOBCAT WITH BROWN BUMPER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Panlantic Land Grab
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 2
Source : GTA_Loco

Avery Carrington, Donald Love's former mentor is coming to Liberty City to
establish some business deals. Donald Love sees this as an opportunity to
recover his business losses, by killing Avery and snatching his plans. Avery
is riding in a white Bobcat that has a brown bumper, which is something you
canít regularly obtain for this type of vehicle. Two Cartel Cruisers will
also be escorting Averyís Bobcat so you have to be careful in snatching it.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission, drive over into the airport marker. Once Avery and his
escorts appear and start to make their way to Staunton Island, intercept the
convoy and perform a quick drive-by on the Cartel Cruisers to kill the
gangsters riding at the back of the vehicles. This action will prompt Avery
to speed away, chase him and a few shots at his vehicle will make him go on
foot. But whatever you do, be careful not to destroy his vehicle. Get off
your vehicle once Avery gets off his Bobcat, kill him and snatch the plans
that he will drop. Make sure however, that the Colombians are not following
you anymore at this point, or the mission will fail if they kill Donald since
he will be following you all the time. If you also fail the mission by
allowing Donald to get killed in any manner, all the vehicles in Avery's
convoy including the Bobcat will disappear.

Now after you snatch the plans from a fallen Avery, ride his Bobcat and make
your way back to Donald's place to complete the mission. You will still find
yourself riding in the Bobcat upon successful conclusion of the mission.

10.15: YELLOW FAGGIO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Stop the Press
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

In a previous mission where you wasted Avery Carrington upon the request of
Donald Love, Ned Burner, a Liberty Tree reporter was able to take some
incriminating photos of the incident, so you must get those photos from him
at all cost. On the missionís part where he'll try to escape from you after
you take him to his lock-up, his getaway vehicle is a Yellow Faggio that is
the object of your acquisition. Bottom line of your task is you must prevent
him from escaping in the motorbike by killing him.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Start the mission, look for the reporter at the back of the church and beat
him or point your gun at him until his scare meter is filled. Drive him over
to the lock-up where you're supposed to pick-up the incriminating photos, and
after the cut scene he will try to escape for which you must chase him. Don't
let him get away or you'll fail the mission and lose the yellow scooter. Try
to quickly grab a faster vehicle if you can have the chance, and then ram his
Faggio to knock him off the scooter. Just kill him then when heís on foot
already. If you must shoot him while he's on the scooter, be careful not to
destroy the it. You wouldn't want that to happen if you're trying to get the
scooter on the PS2 version, knowing that your garage wonít be able to restore
that anymore. On the PSP however, itís youíre still quite alright if by
chance you destroy the scooter during the chase. Your burden will only be in
pushing it all the way to your garage to restore it. In either case, just
store the scooter to your garage then save it once youíve successfully
acquired it from Ned.

*****************************************************************************
10.16: LIGHT BLUE FAGGIO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Stop the Press
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

This is the scooter that youíre supposed to use to chase Ned Burner. This one
has a special light blue color that is much lighter than the normal blue you
can obtain from Pay N Spray. You can actually obtain both this and the Yellow
Faggio if you feel like doing so, but it will require that you either get
this Light Blue Faggio first by letting Ned escape and fail the mission, or
passing the mission without destroying the Yellow Faggio. If it will be the
latter, you just need to alternately drive the two scooters in little ways,
until you reach your garage.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission up to the point where you have to go to the reporter's lock-
up, and as he tries to escape after the cut scene, ride this blue Faggio
you'll find nearby and then chase the reporter. Shoot him once youíre behind
him already and preferably once you pass by in Newport near your safehouse,
all along being careful not to destroy the reporter's Faggio. If you manage
to kill him and pass the mission, just drive the Light Blue Faggio and the
other Yellow one in little ways towards your garage.

*****************************************************************************
10.17: CHROME RED RUMPO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Bringing the House Down
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Eight Ball
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco

Donald Love has a really sinister plan for his comeback and this time he is
planning on making a fortune in the construction business by blowing up Fort
Staunton in Staunton Island. He has contracted Eight Ball to prepare some
explosives that you will carry in a van and that you have to plant under the
tunnel. The Rumpo that will be used here has a bright Chrome Red color that
covers the entire vehicle including the bumpers, a color that you won't
normally get anywhere for the van including using the Pay N Spray. This is
quite a sensitive task, as the Rumpo is in danger of exploding if you damage
it extensively. That's why you have to drive this Rumpo very carefully along
the way.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

At the start of the mission, kill all the Forelli gangsters who will try to
destroy the Rumpo as you drive to your destination. If you earn some wanted
stars for engaging the Forelli gangters, jack another car and lose the heat
in the nearest Pay N Spray, or grab nearby police bribes if you can find
some. A quick way to obtain this incase you want to have it, is to destroy it
immediately once youíre in control of it. As soon as youíre behind the wheels
of the Rumpo, drive over to the Wichita Gardens lagoon and carefully ditch
this into the water. You will fail the mission for ďdestroyingĒ the Rumpo,
but you can now just keep it in your garage.

METHOD 2(PSP)

Another fast way to get this on the PSP is to blow it up inside your garage.
It couldnít be that much easier, given that you donít need to go through all
the hassles of the process just to have this van. Your Shoreside Vale garage
is just a very short drive from Eight Ballís place so it wonít take you that
long to accomplish your quest for having this Rumpo.

Kill any Forelli gangsters that will harass you once you get on the road, and
then just drive towards your garage. Once in there, park the Rumpo inside and
destroy it by any means. This will spell immediate failure of your mission,
but on the good side of things, you now own this exclusively colored Rumpo.

METHOD 2(PS2) & METHOD 3 (PSP)

A more difficult way is to drive this all the way to your completion of the
mission.

Make your way towards the tunnel and kill the Forelli gangsters who will
ambush you along the way. Clear your wanted level first if youíve earned some
by picking up out-of-the way police bribes or using the Pay N Spray. If you
must use the Pay N Spray, you can safely leave the van anywhere and just jack
another vehicle that you can use for the re-spraying. When youíre cleared, go
ahead with the task of planting the bombs under the tunnel. Remember to drive
carefully while you still have the bombs with you or you run the risk of
blowing up the Rumpo unnecessarily. Once you've completed planting all the
bombs, make your way out of the tunnel using the Rumpo and keep an eye for
more Forelli gangsters who will try to block you on the way out. Waste them,
and then continue driving out of the tunnel in the Rumpo, complete the
mission and then just save the Rumpo in your garage.

*****************************************************************************
10.18: LIGHT BLUE STINGER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Shoreside Redemption
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco

This is the first occasion that this Exclusively Colored Stinger will appear.
It is much harder to get this on this occasion if you will bother to have
this car on this chance. All of the Stingers that are used by the Sicilians
in ambushing the Securicar van carrying Salvatore have a special light blue
color. It seems more logical to fail this mission first if you have to obtain
any of these. You can choose to try and steal one of these Stingers and
proceed with escorting Salvatore to safety, but you might not have enough
chance if the Sicilians will succeed in destroying the van first.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission up to the point where the Sicilians will ambush your convoy.
Follow the van carefully once it makes a detour and once you encounter the
first blockade, get off you vehicle and kill all the gangsters. You will find
about a couple of their cars just parked there, steal any of them and just
abandon Salvatore's van to fail the mission.

If you can still find sufficient time to catch up with the Securicar after
you steal one the Sicilianís cars, then just proceed with completing the
mission. Hopefully you can prevent Salvatore from getting killed and at the
same time keep the Sicilian car you stole still in one piece until the end.

*****************************************************************************
10.19: BLACK LANDSTALKER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : AWOL Angel
Location : Wichita Gardens, Shoreside Vale
Character : Toni Cipriani
Difficulty : 5
Source : GTA_Loco

Itís an elegant-looking SUV that is a big pain in the ass to obtain. It also
has an all black color that isn't a regular color for a Landstalker. Getting
this cool SUV though needs a tremendous amount of patience and resolve if
you're really dead set on collecting this. This vehicle appears as your fifth
& sixth target in the mission where you have to initially shoot and destroy
ten vehicles while riding shotgun with someone on an Angel motorbike. It also
randomly spawns and travels to a predetermined direction, but you can obtain
this only if it happens to take the route to Upper Wichita Gardens where you
obtain this mission.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

The trick here is to kill your driver to fail the mission if the Landstalker
takes the route from Cedar Grove going to upper Wichita Gardens near where
this mission is obtainable.

Before you do the mission, you must park a PCJ 600 by the lamppost just in
front of the KRONOS signboard behind the building where the Angel is located.
Park it facing Southeast towards the direction going down to lower Wichita
Gardens, since this is the route the Landstalker will take if it still
appears and proceeds to randomly drive around after you exit the mission.
This is a much easier option than when it makes a U Turn and go back again to
Cedar Grove. Chasing it on foot is very difficult to pull off even after you
pop up its tires.

Now ride on the Angel bike to begin the mission. Shoot the targets, until you
reach the fifth or sixth one, which is the Landstalker already. The spawn
points and directions this vehicle takes are random, but it usually appears
by the zigzag road in between Cedar Grove and upper Wichita Gardens.
Sometimes it will drive down to Wichita Gardens and sometimes it will drive
up to Cedar Grove. It usually appears in the said location if you shoot your
first four targets within the Wichita Gardens vicinity. If the Landstalker
for some reasons appeared farther from the Wichita area, try to follow it
without triggering a shootout and check if it will eventually take the road
leading to the ideal spot. Sometimes it goes North, pass through the Cedar
Grove tunnel or in front of your safe house then go back to Wichita Gardens,
but sometimes it takes another route. Hopefully though that you'll still have
enough time left should it take the path going back to Wichita Gardens. But
whatever happens, avoid shooting at the vehicle to minimize the risk of
damaging it before you can obtain it.

Now assuming it goes down to Wichita Gardens, once you start to descend the
curved road, quickly shoot your driver to fail the mission and pan your view
to the vehicle driving away. You'll spawn back beside the Angel bike after
the fade out, and if at this point you still see the Landstalker driving down
the road towards the Southeastern direction, sprint to your parked PCJ 600
and chase it down. But whatever you do, try not to lose sight of the
Landstalker since there's an annoying quirk in the mission that make it
vanish even just for a second that your view was panned away from it. Be wary
also of the annoying cops who at this point will be on your tail, since
you'll usually raise a wanted level or two by the time you've failed the
mission.

Carefully follow the Landstalker and then fire a couple of shots at it to
scare away the soldier driving it. He will leave the vehicle and the door
open, so all you have to do is get in it and drive it away to your garage
while eluding the cops. If you didn't scare away the driver, it sometimes
stops at a certain point where he will get off and lock the door. Avoid this
from happening or you'll lose your chance in stealing this elusive vehicle.

If by some silly reasons it makes a U Turn and starts to drive up the road
towards Cedar Grove after you fail the mission, try to chase it on foot
although your success rate in catching up with it is very low. You can try
parking a bike near to where you'll re-spawn, facing the direction of Cedar
Grove, but some attempts on this method haven't produced any positive result
yet.

In the event you failed to obtain this, just redo the mission. Don't bother
much with your two stars wanted level, you can choose to lose the heat or you
can just start the mission again. Take note though that when redoing the
mission, you must replace the PCJ 600 with another one, or the bike will
disappear once you fail the mission again.

*****************************************************************************
10.20: BLACK PATRIOT WITH CHROME-PLATED BLACK BUMPERS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : AWOL Angel
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Toni Cipriani
Difficulty : 5
Source : GTA_Loco

This is the third special vehicle you can obtain in the same mission where
the black Bobcat and black Landstalker can also be found. Itís a black
Patriot with a chrome-plated black bumpers that appears as your seventh,
eight and ninth target. It's a pain in the ass to steal as well. What is
different from this vehicle isn't its black body color but its chrome-plated
bumpers, which sport a black color. The bumpers' special color matches the
black body color perfectly, which makes the Patriot look more elegant with
them than with the yellowish bumpers normally assigned to a black Patriot.

This Patriot also takes a random path around the vicinity of Cedar Grove and
Wichita Gardens. It is obtainable in much the same way as the other two
vehicles in the same mission, although this one appears to rarely take the
route going to Wichita Gardens,s thus making this a much harder one to get.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

You have to kill your driver as well to fail the mission if by chance the
Patriot takes the route going down to Wichita Gardens near where this mission
is obtainable.

Park a PCJ 600 by the lamppost just in front of the KRONOS signboard behind
the building where the Angel is located. Park it facing southeast, since this
is the same direction the Patriot will take if it still appears and proceeds
to randomly drive around after you fail the mission.

Ride on the Angel to begin the mission. Shoot the targets until you reach
level seven, eight or nine with the Patriot as your target. This vehicle will
also take a random spawn point and direction. Sometimes it will appear in
Cedar Grove and drive down to Wichita Gardens, sometimes it will drive around
Cedar Grove for a while before going to Wichita Gardens. In any case, follow
it carefully once it appears, shoot at the two soldiers at the back of the
vehicle but be careful not to damage the vehicle extensively.

Assuming it took the directions to Wichita Gardens, once you start to descend
the curved road, quickly shoot your driver to fail the mission. You'll spawn
back near the Angel bike, and if at this point you still see the Patriot
driving down the road towards lower Wichita Gardens, sprint to your parked
PCJ 600 and chase down the vehicle. Whatever you do, try not to lose sight of
the Patriot since it suffers also from an annoying quirk in the game that
makes it vanish if you lose sight of it even for just a second. Watch out too
for the annoying cops.

During the chase, position yourself behind the vehicle and then fire a couple
of shots at it. This will scare the soldier driving it, heíll get off the
vehicle and leave the door open for you to just get in. Steal the Patriot
quickly; head off to your garage and save it.

If after you fail the mission it makes a U Turn and starts to drive up the
road towards Cedar Grove, your chances of stealing it will be from very slim
to a total failure. You have to redo the mission but you must replace first
the PCJ 600 you need to use for the chase with a new one, or you won't see it
anymore the next time you fail the mission.

11. UNIQUE VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A unique vehicle is a one of its kind vehicle in the game, which makes it
special in its own way. It not simply has a different paintjob but has
different looks as well and has no other similar ones anywhere. The different
feature or features can be a modification of an existing one in a vehicle or
some additional ones that give the vehicle a look that sets it apart from the
ordinary.

Most of those listed here are mission based, and some are infinitely
obtainable spawned on designated locations after you've completed certain
side missions. Only one is non-mission based, two are obtainable from main
storyline missions, while the rest are side-mission based ones which can be
seen and obtained almost anytime once they spawned in their given location
for successfully completing a required number of mission levels.

*****************************************************************************
11.01: CAMPAIGN RUMPO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Steering the Vote
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Itís election time in Liberty City and Donald Love plans to grab the marginal
votes in the election from O' Donovan, an electoral opponent. Your assignment
from Donald is to drive a campaign van and pass into some yellow markers
representing the votes, which are spread all over Staunton Island. You need
to grab 5 of these then waste your opponentsí vans to pass the mission. A
couple of your opponentís vans will immediate appear once youíve passed on a
couple of yellow markers, and these vans will try to grab back the yellow
markers that you've acquired. So if they get back all of what you've taken,
you will fail the mission.

The van you will be driving, as well as your opponents' vans look like normal
Rumpos except for the pair of megaphones on their roof. They are Exclusively
Colored vans also. Your van has an all-blue color and your opponentís vans
have an all-red one. Each of these vans are also spawned regularly on free
roam in different locations in Portland and Staunton Islands, between the
period after completing the mission Steering the Vote and before doing
Counterfeit Count.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

If you want the blue one, check out a parking lot in front of the LCFR radio
station right across the street any time of the day even on free roam. You
can find this van regularly parked there during the period of completing
Donald Love's mission Steering the Vote and before doing Counterfeit Count.

METHOD 2 (PS2 & PSP)

An alternative way to get the blue one you're driving is to ditch it into the
water at Bedford Point pier as soon as you get control of it. No need to pass
into any of the yellow marker. After you fail the mission, just save it to
your garage.

MEHTOD 3 (PS2 & PSP)

Still for the blue van, start the mission and begin driving into the yellow
markers. Pass into a couple of them, then intercept and destroy your
opponents red vans once they appear. If you've attracted police attention,
try to grab any police bribe but never use the Pay N Spray. After you get rid
of your problem with the cops, just continue passing through the yellow
markers until you've done so in five of them, and then just destroy the
additional red vans your opponent will send out again. Complete the mission,
just store the blue van in the garage and then save.

METHOD 4 (nico ja_PS2 & PSP)

For the red van, check out two locations where this is parked regularly even
on free roam after you completed the mission Steering the Vote and before
doing Counterfeit Count. You can find this at the foot of the stadium in
Aspatria, Staunton Island and beside the precinct and hospital in Portland
View in Portland Island.

*****************************************************************************
11.02: BALLOT VAN
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Counterfeit Count
Location : Portland Island
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 1 or 3
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

Donald Love is worried because the exit polls are neck and neck. He wants you
to resort to a dirty plan of stealing the uncounted votes and replace them
with his votes. These ballots are to be delivered by a unique-looking van to
some waiting couriers at designated locations, and you must kill at least
three of these couriers then snatch the ballots from them after each exchange
to pass the mission. Missing an exchange and letting a courier get away,
scaring or harming the van doing the delivery of the ballots will fail the
mission.

The van carrying the ballots looks like a normal Pony except that it has a
Midnight Blue body color, deep blue front and rear bumpers color, has just
one window at the back with a vertical metal handle and a "GRUPPE SECHS"
marking at the back which makes it different from a regular Pony.
Interestingly, you can also find several ballot boxes at the back of this van
permanently included in the whole vehicle package.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

An easier method to get this is to fail the mission right away by snatching
the van from the guy driving it before any of his deliveries is even
completed.

So as soon as you start the mission, trace the location of the van by
following the blue blip on the map and quickly intercept it. Once you spot
the van, block its path when it makes a stop to deliver some ballots to a
waiting courier and yank the driver out given that the door is open. You will
fail the mission immediately for doing so but now the van is yours and you
can just store it in your garage.

METHOD 2 (PS2 & PSP)

Follow the van carefully wherever it goes, wait for an exchange to happen,
then cap the courier and snatch the ballot from him. Do this method until the
third exchange; but at this point after the courier has picked up the
ballots, quickly snatch the Ballot van from the driver and chase the courier
who will speed away in an Idaho car. Do a drive by on him to finish him off,
pick-up the fallen ballots and pass the mission with the Ballot van now in
your possession.

*****************************************************************************
11.03: THUNDER RODD
*****************************************************************************

Location : Parking lot near Callahan Bridge, Portland Island

This is the "normal" version of a similar-looking one that you can find in
the mission Grease Sucho. It looks like a vintage hotrod with a cool flame
design on the doors. You can find this at a certain time only around 1:00 pm
spawned in an open parking area near the foot of Callahan Bridge.

*****************************************************************************
11.04: BICKLE Ď76
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Taxi Mission
Location : Mean Street Taxis, Trenton, Portland Island
Difficulty : 2

A mean-looking car that you can find only after you've completed 100 fares
for the Taxi side mission. It spawns at 'Mean Street Taxis' compound in
Trenton, next to the little alleyway that connects the industrial estate to
the docks entrance.

*****************************************************************************
11.05: MANCHEZ
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Bumps and Grinds Challenge
Location : Portland Island
Difficulty : 4

This motorbike looks like a muscle bike version of a Sanchez, more muscular
looking with a fixed color scheme of Dark Blue and Chrome Red. It definitely
handles better than the normal Sanchez. It replaces the mission assigned
Sanchez parked beside a tree, after you successfully completed 10 courses of
this hidden challenge.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
12. RARE VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

These vehicles are rather normal looking ones, they are not proofed, do not
have any Exclusive Color, neither are they unique but can barely be seen
driving around in the game if they never do so at all. Some are mission-based
and at least one can be found during free roam, which would be infinitely
obtainable after you successfully complete a certain level of a side mission.
If at all, only a couple of these might be interesting to have, but
definitely one among these two, a helicopter, is worth all the trouble
acquiring.

*****************************************************************************
12.01: HELLENBACH GT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Snuff
Location : Portland Island
Character : Vincenzo
Difficulty : 2
Source : Lancet Jades

This is the very first occasion where youíll see this car. You're tasked by
Vincenzo to waste a Sindacco heavy whom the Salvatore Leone sees as an
obstacle to his plan of using JD as an informant to the Sindaccos'
activities. This car doesn't ordinarily drive around the cities, and that
fact makes this a rare car. If you miss getting this on this mission, there
are still a couple more occasions where you can obtain this car.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Make your way first to Ammu-Nation to buy a gun as per the missionís
instruction. Proceed then to the construction site in Hepburn Heights, step
into the marker, and then kill the Sindacco gangsters. Make your way to the
backside of the premises where the Sindacco boss is, you will find him
standing beside this car. At this point the car is immobile, and you wonít be
able to drive it until you kill your target first and grab his phone. After
the cut scene, you will be instructed to re-spray the car to pass the mission
and then you can just store this Hellenbach car to your garage.

*****************************************************************************
12.02: DIABLO STALLION
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Calm Before the Storm
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Difficulty : 1
Source : GTA_Loco

A familiar car that you can see a lot in GTA3 but not much in Liberty City
Stories. You can find this very rarely in free roam within the vicinity of
Hepburn Heights and the Red Light District, and in a couple of missions
including this one.

In this mission Salvatore will meet with Massimo, a Sicilian big shot who is
trying to broker a peace within the Mafia families. But the problem is,
Salvatore doesn't trust the guy. So he likes you to follow him wherever he
goes and see what he's really up to.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Follow Massimo's helicopter wherever it goes. The first place that he will
make a stopover to is the construction site in the Red Light District where
he will meet up with some Diablo gangsters. You'll find a Diablo Stallion
just sitting there and unlocked. Just steal it and proceed with following
Massimo to his next destination. On Massimoís last stop in Chinatown, park
the Diablo Stallion somewhere safe and continue with your task. Kill all the
Triads until none of them is left. After you pass the mission, your Diablo
car will still be where you left it. Drive it to your garage and save.

*****************************************************************************
12.03: MR. WHOOPEE
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Scooter Shooter
Location : Portland Island
Character : Toni Cipriani
Difficulty : 2 or 3
Source : ubersoldier

So you like ice cream? Well actually you can't have one in the game but if
you can just settle for the van that supposedly sell some, then get it by all
means when you do a hidden side mission in Chinatown, Portland Island. Thanks
to ubersoldier for discovering a way to get this Mr. Whoopee van, which
others have previously suspected can only be obtained via cheat device.

In this side mission you're supposed to shoot at targets while riding on a
Faggio scooter with grandma behind the wheels. Your first two targets will
always be this Mr. Whoopee van, but you'll most probably be able to get only
the first one almost every time. Itís always the nearest from where you will
spawn once you fail the mission, which is on the same spot where you obtained
the mission.

One nice thing about this van is it's the only vehicle that plays a thematic
music with cute looks to match, even though it's kind of heavy and slow to
drive. This is no doubt a very rare van you won't normally find in free roam,
and you can only spawn and obtain it by failing this side mission.

The key here is to kill your driver and don't lose the music. If after you
kill your driver upon having visual on the van you still hear its music
playing on the background, then you have a good chance of stealing it. You
can choose one or all three types of it: 1) without a sign at the back 2)
with "I Will Chill Again" and 3) with "Please Stop Me".

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Park a PCJ 600 or Sanchez near the Faggio before you start the mission. You
will need this to chase the Mr. Whoopee van in the event it still appears
after you fail the mission. Now ride on the Faggio to start the mission. The
Mr. Whoopee van will normally appear at the curve of the road just behind
where you started the mission. It usually makes its way towards Trenton by
making a right turn at the corner, although sometimes it also takes the
directions towards Chinatown, even passing by just in front of the mission
location. On rare occasions it spawns somewhere else but it will be easiest
to get it if appears by the curve of the road. If it hasn't made a right turn
yet going to Trenton, then you're still likely good to go. But if it has
already done so and has gone halfway down the street towards Trenton, then
you've lost your chance and you must restart the mission again.

Assuming it spawned in the ideal location, as soon as you have a visual on
it, shoot your driver to fail the mission then exit as quickly as you can.
You will find yourself back to where you started, and if you still hear the
music of the van playing on the background, ride the motorbike and quickly
head for the spot where you last saw the Mr. Whoopee van before you failed
the mission. If you're fortunate enough that it passes by near your location,
just do a quick drive by or throw one Molotov to it to flush out the driver
since the van's doors will all be locked. After the driver gets off, get in
the van and store it in your garage. If you happen to have alerted the copsí
attention, just head over to the Pay N Spray to lose the heat.

*****************************************************************************
12.04: FAITH'S MAVERICK
*****************************************************************************

Mission : False Idols
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Fr. Ned
Difficulty : 3 or 4
Source : Lancet Jades

Just like in GTA3, there are no regular flyable helicopters you can find in
this game that's why itís a very rare chance if you can actually obtain one
that you can save in your garage and use to fly around Liberty City. Lancet
Jades has shared of a way in which you can finally steal one in a mission,
though the method involved at least one cheat in order to succeed.
chrislawrance and Spuds725 shared some videos too that confirmed how you can
steal this helicopter in the said mission.

However, thanks to Alejandro Hernandez Samanieno (sjano29), he finally
discovered of a cheat less way to steal a Maverick helicopter on the PS2
version. The method proved to be much easier than the Yankee/ambulance cheat
version. sjano29's method involves stealing the Maverick by getting up on the
Staunton/Shoreside bridge using a PCJ 600 and then either completing the
mission or letting it fail once you've taken the helicopter already.
idontknowaname provided also an alternative method how get on the bridge for
those who might find using the PCJ 600 a difficult one to pull off.

The helicopter in question here belongs to Faith, one of your targets who is
flying in one. As the mission objective goes, you have to intercept and kill
three persons whom Fr. Ned wanted killed before any of them can reach LCFR
radio station in Staunton Island. If any of them reaches the destination,
you'll fail the mission.

METHOD 1 (Alejandro Hernandez Samanieno (sjano29)_PS2)

Ride on a PCJ 600 when you start the mission. As soon as the three red blips
appear in your radar, head quickly into the Staunton/Shoreside Vale bridge.
You have to make your way into a roof of a portion of a building where the
Maverick helicopter will fly by low and where you can steal it. Fortunately
for PS2 users, the Maverick, as well as the other vehicles in the mission is
not locked.

The building you have to make your way up to is located to the left of the
bridge when you're facing it. In order to get there, first you have to
perform a jump into the metal support of the bridge. This can be a bit tricky
unless you've mastered already doing a motorbike jump, or else any
miscalculations will always end you up either overshooting the support and
falling down below the road, or not being able to make it up there on time
and miss snatching the helicopter.

Assuming you make it to the metal support in just one attempt, get off the
motorbike and make your way towards a concrete structure, and then climb up
an angled metal support that goes up the bridge. Walk past a big red light
you will find on your way up the support since this red light strangely isn't
solid. Now once you're a couple of steps past this red light, turn to your
left and you'll see what appears to be a roofless portion of a tall building
and jump there. Don't' worry as this is solid, sort of transparent only.

Wait for the Maverick to fly by directly beside you and then yank out the
pilot. Faith will get off the Maverick, ignore her and just get in the
helicopter and fly away. If you donít have much time anymore to finish off
your two other targets, just let the mission fail.

However, stealing the helicopter quickly can still allow you sufficient time
to kill your two other targets to complete the mission. To do this, fly as
fast as you can in front of the church, land the Maverick to a safe place and
just wait for your targets to pass by. Once they appear, finish them off with
some rounds of RPG, or incinerate your targets using a flamethrower or some
molotovs. After all your targets are dead, your next destination for the
completion of the mission is just nearby.

For some tutorial of this method you can visit this topic:
http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=252574&st=0

You can also check out Orion_SRís nice video on this:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3201851800137554218

METHOD 2 (idontknowaname_PS2)

First you must save an ambulance we'll call here ambulance(A)in your garage.
Before you start the mission, get another ambulance we'll call ambulance(B)
from the hospital and head over to the Staunton/Shore Side Vale bridge. Park
ambulance(B) by the concrete structure that connects to the metal support
going up the bridge and where you're supposed to make your way up. Position
ambulance(B)rear first and in such a way that you ramp it up on the sloped
concrete base of the bridge so that when you jump on the back of it you'll
have enough elevation to reach the concrete structure. Now once ambulance(B)
is in place, go back to your garage ON FOOT and get ambulance(A) from your
garage. DO NOT RIDE any vehicle or ambulance(B)that you parked on the bridge
might vanish. After you get ambulance(A)from your garage, drive over to the
church to start the mission. As soon as you begin the mission, rush over to
where you left ambulance(B)and park the one you're driving in front of it.
Get off your vehicle then jump on the front side of ambulance(B)going to the
back of ambulance(A) and then jump on the concrete structure. From that
point, just make your way up the bridge's metal support, walk past the red
light then turn left and jump on a roofless portion of a building located
just beside the bridge. Wait for the Maverick helicopter to fly by beside
you, yank out the pilot then steal it. Once you're in control of the
helicopter, proceed to intercept your two other targets, wait for them by the
church and just blast them or torch them once they pass by.

METHOD 3 (Lancet Jades_PS2)

Start the mission in a Yankee or an ambulance; proceed to Newport boatyard
where your first target, DB-P will arrive. Kill his three bodyguards then
him; intercept your second target that will be riding in a black Stretch,
which would pass by your safe house. Chase him and perform a drive-by until
you finish him off too or you can choose to just blast him away with an RPG
as he passes by. If you've earned some wanted stars for doing so, quickly
lose the heat using the Pay N Spray nearby but don't delay for time is of the
essence here. Now that two of your targets are out of the way, it's your last
target's turn to die and from whom you can collect a Maverick helicopter as a
sweet reward.

Quickly drive over to the backside of the LCFR radio station, look for a low
portion of the building, enter the cheat code Perfect Handling (L1, UP, LEFT,
R1, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, DOWN, X /Press DOWN while driving a car to make it hop
really high) then make your vehicle hop onto the radio stationís roof. Gain
momentum and make your vehicle hop again onto the highest part of the
building's roof, position it in the approximate path where the chopper would
pass by. But whatever you do, NEVER PARK ON THE SPOT WHERE THE MAVERICK WOULD
LAND. You'll fall through gray space and would respawn on the road just in
front of the radio station. If this happens, it might spoil your effort and
chance to steal the Maverick.

Now get off and jump on top of your vehicle, then just wait for the Maverick
to arrive. Once it flies near you, steal it by pressing triangle to yank out
the pilot. Ride the Maverick during which your target will try to flee, land
near where she's at, and get off your vehicle and then just blast her away.
With all your targets now dead, head over to the church using the Maverick,
finally step into the marker to pass the mission. After the mission
completion message, you will still find your prize just waiting for you to
store it in your Staunton garage. Save the helicopter and the game then you
can just cruise around Liberty City to your heart's desire.

For a video of this method using cheats you can visit this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJDzl3Doyc8

Most people have found storing this helicopter in the garage a bit of an
effort to do so. Lancet Jade's suggestion of using the "Heavy" Sentinel car
from the Walk in the Park mission can be a simple solution to this problem.

On a side note, you can also check out this topic and some snapshots on a
little tour of Liberty City's underground using the Maverick:
http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=255966

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PSP)

On the PSP version, the Maverick helicopter and the other vehicles are
locked. You wonít be able to steal the Maverick following on the PS2 method,
but what you can do to still get it is to blow it up with an RPG, and then
restore the wreckage in your garage. This will require you to fail the
mission given that you have to chase the helicopter first, and that you will
need sometime to push it to the garage once youíve destroyed it.

You need to steal a Firetruck first before you do the mission. Get one from
the firestation in Belleville Park and then drive over to the church to start
the mission. You'll need the Firetruck for pushing the Maverick to your
garage after you destroy it. Now once you see the red blips on your radar,
rush over to the Belleville Park vicinity where the Maverick will pass by.
You must take out Faith first and just ignore the other targets.
You must also have an RPG in your arsenal already when you started this
mission.

The Maverick will always fly over directly above the park after it passes by
the bridge, then it will turn right on the Belleville Park main road and then
turn left towards Bedford Point heading for the back side of the LCFR radio
station. Try to look for a good spot where you can shoot down the Maverick
where it will be closest to pushing it all the way to your garage once itís
destroyed. If you can shoot it down as soon as it passed by that building
near the bridge (location on PS2 version for stealing it), you're better off
then. If that will be difficult, you can try shooting it down once it flies
over the main road so you can have a better view of it and where it will fly
at a lower altitude.

Now once Faith's Maverick is down, all you have to do is just push it to your
garage using the Firetruck. There maybe times when you'll raise a wanted
level for your action, but sometimes no cops will appear despite it.
Sometimes also you won't cause any alarm from the cops at all. But all the
time youíre doing this, keep an eye for the annoying thieving pedestrians who
will sometimes steal your Firetruck. Push the wreckage using the Firetruck
and via the west side alley of your safehouse premises. Along that route
there're quite a number of big vehicles also that pass by and that you can
steal and use, in case your Firetruck gets damaged along the way. Just watch
out for the cops when stealing vehicles or they can upset what youíre doing.

Once you're by the garage already, push the Maverick diagonally so it would
fit. This can just be a bit frustrating at times when your garage door will
prematurely close on the wreckage and the Maverick will disappear. But with
just a good amount of patience, and pushing the wreckage inside the garage
the right way, you can guarantee that you can have Faith's Maverick in the
end.

12.05: LIGHTLESS TAXI
*****************************************************************************

Location : Liberty City
Difficulty : 5
Source : Lancet Jades

This version of the normal taxi is more like a glitch than a normally
existing car in the game. Lancet Jades informed me about this after he
encountered one, and he theorized that this car exists in the game given that
Liberty City Stories uses the same game engine used by Vice City where a
lightless taxi also existed.

What makes this rare is simply because of a missing light on its roof.
Everything else in its features look exactly the same as any ordinary yellow
taxi that you can find around Liberty City.

System Error also said that another way in particular to get this Lightless
Taxis or Bickles easily is to hop in a Taxi (or perhaps Cabbie) of your own
and drive around Mean Street Taxis. You may have noticed Taxi lights don't
immediately load. More taxis will spawn, and eventually, there may be an
overload of lights, and it just won't spawn a light on one of them. This is
how he got a lightless Bickle three times, so one can also try this out.

It's possible that a lightless Cabbie might also be in the game.

12.06: LIGHTLESS BICKLE '76
*****************************************************************************

Mission : 100 Fares in Taxi Mission
Location : Mean Street Taxis Garage, Trenton, Portland Island
Difficulty : 5
Source : GTA_Loco

Another glitched car in the game? It's essentially similar to the Lightless
Taxi only that it's a Bickle taxi in this case. It has all the other features
of a normal Bickle '76 except that its light on the roof is also missing just
like the Lightless Taxi.

This might be much easier to find though as it is just spawned in the Mean
Street Taxis Garage in Portland Island. There's also no sure way of spawning
this, except to try reloading the game and visiting this taxi where it is
located. You might be lucky to find this eventually.

The Lightless Bickle Ď76 looks sportier than the regular lightless yellow
taxi in that the Bickle Ď76 doesn't have any typical taxi markings on the
body that makes it looks more like a sports car than a public utility car.

Save this right away if you want to collect it or it might take a long time
before you can chance upon this again.

13. IDENTICAL SPECIAL VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find some special vehicles appearing for another time around which
are essentially just duplicates of either a first or a second appearance of
it from another mission. Their special properties are exactly the same as
their counterpart in the final state that they were obtainable. Some will
even appear in several numbers in just a single mission, and that seems to
give you another chance of obtaining them should you fail to do so earlier in
the game or because garage space didn't permit early on.

13.01: BLACK SENTINEL
*****************************************************************************

Mission : A Walk in the Park
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 3
Source : HuGooGuh / MasterOfWeapons

For your first Staunton mission for Salvatore, you have to kill the mayor of
Liberty City because he is giving your boss a hard time. He will come in a
Black Sentinel along with a couple of similar cars driven by his bodyguards.

Interestingly, there's one special aspect of the three Sentinels you can find
in this mission that make them slightly different from the ones in an early
mission; they are HEAVIER than a normal Sentinel. Lancet Jades discovered
that they have the ability to bowl with ease any vehicle out of the way. They
can cleave right through vehicles effortlessly knocking them away, just like
how computer-controlled cars are programmed in some missions to ensure a
smooth route for them. If you'll be interested in acquiring this, then just
pass the mission and store one in your garage. Lancet Jades noted that you
can find this car useful for pushing with ease to your garage the Maverick
helicopter you can get in False Idols.

13.02: FIREPROOF RUMPO
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Friggin the Riggin
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Donald Love
Difficulty : 3
Source : PADMAN from Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

Previously listed as unobtainable, this second appearance of a Fireproof
Rumpo is one you can finally own should you really want to have this and in
case you didn't have space for it when it first appeared in an early mission
while you're still in Portland Island. Key action here also is to fail the
mission by allowing any one of the Forelli Rumpos to escape while this
Fireproof vehicle is ditched into the water.

In this mission Donald Love will ask you to torch a printing facility of the
Forellis in order to sabotage their operations of rigging the votes. After
you have torched much of the place, a group of Forelli gangsters will arrive
in a third Rumpo that is Fireproof, but this van is Fireproof only while the
mission is ongoing. This van is not in any of the two you will find parked
outside of the printing facility when you arrive at the place.

Before you proceed to your mission though, you are required to have a
flamethrower that you have to use to torch the place alhough molotovs will do
as well.

METHOD 1 (GTA_Loco_PS2 & PSP)

Head over to the printing facility at Fort Staunton, kill whatever Forelli
gangster will get in your way. Start torching the place while killing any
gangster who will try to stop you. As you are about to finish your task when
you have only about a couple more stuffs to burn remaining, it's at this
point that a group of Forelli gangsters will arrive in a Fireproof Rumpo that
they will park inside the facility. Whatever you do, do not destroy the two
vans parked outside anytime during the mission or you'll never be able to
fail the mission to obtain the Fireproofing of the third Rumpo. You need to
keep those vans for the Forelli gangsters to escape and fail the mission.
Passing the mission or failing it by just letting one or both of the other
vans escape without ditching this Fireproof Rumpo first into the water will
revert this back to a normal one.

So continue burning the remaining stuffs until youíre instructed to chase and
finish off the Forelli gangsters who will try to escape using the two other
Rumpo vans parked outside of the printing facility. Get in the Fireproof
Rumpo parked inside the building, ignore the escaping Forelli gangsters and
instead, head over to Bedford Point pier as quickly as you can, and drive the
Rumpo carefully into the water. You have roughly about two minutes only to be
far away from the escaping Forelli gangsters before you fail the mission. So
during this time, the Rumpo must be submerged already into the water in order
to ďdestroyĒ it and preserve its Fireproof property once you fail the
mission.

When ditching the Rumpo into the water, drive it until is about to go
underwater, and then get off the van and push it slowly some more until half
of it is finally submerged. You need to do this to avoid the risk of reducing
your health and possibly getting wasted if youíre submerged into the water
for too long while inside the Rumpo. Now just wait for the mission to fail by
letting the Forelli vans escape. Assuming you succeeded in ditching the van
before mission failure, just drive this out of the water then save it in your
garage.

13.03: BLACK PONY
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Night of the Livid Dreads
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Ray Machowski/Leon MacAffrey
Difficulty : 3
Source : HuGooGuh & MasterOfWeapons

Salvatore Leone likes you to help a group of Yardies whose newly acquired
turf in Newport is being threatened by the Sindaccos. The four Ponys that the
Sindaccos will be driving to the place are all painted with an Exclusive
Color Black for the van.

Note: Another no wanted level once you enter the first wave of firefight
after you waste the three Sindaccos on the first occasion.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

Do the mission and proceed to Newport at the back of Ammu-Nation, kill those
three Sindaccos you'll find there. This will trigger a massive gunfight and
waves of attacks from the Sindaccos, waste all of them until you complete the
mission. After the cut scene you can still find some of the Black Pony vans
around the vicinity where they were parked during the gunfight. Pick any one
them and just save it in your garage.

*****************************************************************************
13.04: LIGHT BLUE STINGER
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Sicilian Gambit
Location : Portland Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Difficulty : 3
Source : GTA_Loco

The last mission from Salvatore will have you to rescuing the mayor of
Liberty City who was kidnapped by the Sicilians in an effort to take control
of the turf. As you and Salvatore go on your way to try and rescue the mayor,
some Sicilians will try to stop you along the way. They will be riding in
Stingers with a Light Blue color, which is an Exclusive Color for this car.
The cars are not proofed and you might not want to bother getting any of them
since there's a far better version of this in the Car Salesman mission,
unless you like to have them for the Exclusive Color feature.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

In any case, if you really feel like obtaining this car despite the fact that
it isn't proofed at all, you have to fail the mission to be able to do so.
Passing the mission requires that you go to the lighthouse to complete your
task then back again to your safehouse where you won't find any of these cars
anymore.

Start the mission, ride with Salvatore and wait outside of the mansion for
the Stingers to appear. When you see them, engage the gangsters in a shootout
when any of them alight from the car. Steal any one of the Stingers that you
can grab, and kill Salvatore in any manner. You'll fail the mission as a
result, and this Exclusively Colored Stinger is now yours to keep.

*****************************************************************************
13.05: BLACK BOBCAT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : AWOL Angel
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Toni Cipriani
Difficulty : 4
Source : GTA_Loco

Another pain in the ass to obtain, and the first Exclusively Colored vehicle
you can find in this side mission. The experience is almost similar to what
you'll encounter getting the Black Landstalker and Patriot, though this
appears much easier to obtain. It behaves very closely to how the Black
Landstalker and Patriot behave but the route this car takes appears more
consistent and predictable compared to the other two vehicles.

This will appear as your third and fourth targets.

METHOD 1 (PS2 & PSP)

The trick here is to kill your driver to fail the mission if the Bobcat takes
the route from Cedar Grove going to upper Wichita Gardens near where this
mission is obtainable.

Prior to doing the mission, get a PCJ 600 and park it by the lamppost just in
front of the KRONOS signboard behind the building where the Angel is located.
Park it facing Southeast, since this is also the direction the Bobcat will
take if it still appears after you fail the mission.

Start the mission as normal, up to the point of level three and four where
this black Bobcat will appear as a target. It usually appears in Cedar Grove
midway of the curved road going to Wichita Gardens if you blast your first
two targets of Securicar vans within the Wichita Gardens vicinity. Sometimes
when it appears, it will drive down to Wichita Gardens and sometimes it will
drive up to Cedar Grove.

If the Bobcat for some reasons appeared far from the vicinity, just follow
it, kill the soldier at the back but be careful not to damage the vehicle.
Check if it will eventually take the road leading to the ideal spot.
Sometimes it will make the rounds of the Cedar Grove area then go back again
towards Wichita Gardens, although this happens quite rare, since most the
time this vehicle will take the path towards Wichita Gardens.

If it takes the direction to Wichita Gardens, follow it carefully after you
took out the soldier, and then shoot at your driver once you start to descend
the curved road. You'll fail the mission and will be spawned back beside the
Angel motorbike. If at this point you still see the Bobcat driving down the
road towards lower Wichita Gardens, sprint to your parked PCJ 600 and chase
it. Try not to lose sight of the Bobcat taking into consideration an annoying
quirk in the mission that makes it vanish even just for a second that your
view was panned away from it. Look out for the cops too if at this stage
you've raised your wanted level to two stars. There are times though that you
can have a good chance of stealing this at the third level when you only have
one star wanted level, though this opportunity is very rare.

So while you're following the Bobcat if it didn't disappear from your view,
fire a couple of shots at it when you're directly behind it already. This
will scare the driver and heíll get off the vehicle leaving its door open.
Just get in the Bobcat and drive it away to your garage. If at this point you
still have a couple of wanted stars, pick-up some out of the way police
bribes to lose the heat or at least bring it down to a manageable one star
only.

14. UNOBTAINABLE SPECIAL VEHICLES
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

There are quite a number of nice special vehicles that could have been good
additions to the collection had there been a way to obtain them. The proofed
ones would have been very useful and worth having more of them to stash in
the garage, space permitting.

Most of these unobtainable vehicles, particularly the bulletproof ones have
special properties that are limitedly applied in the duration of the mission
only. At a certain stage in the mission, their special properties are
permanently removed. No amount of failing or completing the mission will
allow you to preserve them. Some aren't proofed at all but are Exclusively
Colored and yet their obtain ability are constrained by certain factors in
the mission for some reasons, so that there's absolutely no means you can
have them.

*****************************************************************************
14.01: WHITE & SKY BLUE COACH
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Home Sweet Home
Location : Portland Island
Character : Vincenzo
Source : GTA_Loco

It's the nice coach that you see in the introductory cut scene, the one you
will be riding in when you first set foot again in Liberty City. It has a
cool sky blue upper body and white half bottom. You won't find a color scheme
like this with the normal coaches that drive around Liberty City. Of course,
this coach exists only in the cut scene so there's no way you can get it. And
assuming it also exists in the game, there's still no place you in Portland
Island you can store it at this stage in the game.

*****************************************************************************
14.02: FIREPROOF BLACK KURUMA
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Home Sweet Home
Location : Portland Island
Character : Vincenzo
Source : GTA_Loco

This is exactly the same car listed in the Exclusively Colored Vehicles
section. The very first proofed car in the game you could've owned had the
Fireproof property been obtainable until the conclusion of the mission. This
could have been a nice Fireproof car, but you just have to deal with the fact
that you can only own this for its exclusive black color. You can't fail the
mission by ditching it into the water or blowing it up or you will go back
again from the beginning of the game; neither can you store this in the
garage since the garage won't be useable until you've passed the mission. The
moment you complete the mission though, this car's Fireproof property will be
gone.

*****************************************************************************
14.03: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF HELLENBACH GT
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Snuff
Location : Portland Island
Character : Vincenzo
Source : Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

The Sindacco boss you have to kill in this assignment owns this BP/EP/FP
Hellenbach. Before you kill him and pick up his cellphone, the car is Bullet,
Fire & Explosionproof but unfortunately, immobile too. You canít do anything
to move it, not even using a Rhino, from where it is parked. Itís stuck on
the ground. It will be drive able only after you have picked up the cellphone
once you have killed the Sindacco boss. But by doing so, the car will be
transformed back into a normal one again.

*****************************************************************************
14.04: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF KURUMA
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Smash And Grab
Location : Portland Island
Character : Vincenzo
Source : GTA_Loco

When you arrive at the scene of the shootout between three Leone guys you
have to rescue and some cops, you will find a burning black Kuruma that is
being used as a shield by the Leone boys. The car is BP/EP/FP, but there
seems to be no way that you can obtain it. Failing the mission in whatever
ways will always make the car disappear. It's also a pain pushing this during
and after you complete the mission, but whatever you do the car will always
revert back to a normal one. You can stash this into the garage or push it
into the mission completion marker and it won't disappear upon completing the
mission, but once you've repaired it in your garage, the special properties
are eaten and the car will be ordinary again.

*****************************************************************************
14.05: WHITE PONY WITH WHITE BUMPERS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Snappy Dresser
Location : Portland Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Source : GTA_Loco

It's the first occasion you can find this van with exclusively colored
bumpers, but there is no possible way you can obtain this in the mission.
This is the van Giovanni Casa is using when you're supposed to follow him to
find out what kind of perversion he's into. You won't be able to come close
enough to the van at anytime for you'll immediately fail the mission. Any
actions that you attempt, from sniping him, quickly approaching him, or
however else will always result in the disappearance of the van. Successfully
taking the incriminating photographs will prompt Casa to drive away in the
van that you will never find again after the cut scene.

*****************************************************************************
14.06: BULLETPROOF TRIAD FISH VAN
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Big Rumble in Little China
Location : Portland Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Source : Geist0 from Sundar Subramaniam - LCS Secrets FAQ

You have to prove to Ma Cipriani that youíre man enough and that youíre not
afraid of the Triad gangs, so you have to kill a bunch of them in Chinatown.
One of your targets is a Triad boss who rides in a Bulletproof Triad Fish
van, but this van seems to be rigged, as it will always immediately catch
fire once the passengers alight from it. This couldíve been obtainable in the
PSP version if only it will fit in the Portland garage. The garage has a low
clearance and the van has a tall trailer, so thereís no way you can restore
this in the garage.

*****************************************************************************
14.07: NAVY BLUE YANKEE
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Volatile Situation
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Source : GTA_Loco

In this mission where you have to protect Salvatore's casino from four waves
of Sindacco attacks, the fourth attack will involve an explosive-laden Yankee
that has a special body color of navy blue. But this Yankee will show up only
n the last wave of attack if you manage to quell the three attacks and
havenít failed the mission yet. The Yankeeís trailer also has a light blue
color, which can only be seen in a Yankee with a white body. There seems to
be no way you can steal this since it's too heavy to bump and block its path
even if you use a Barracks OL or a Firetruck. But even if you manage to stop
it somewhere before it reaches the casino, the door is locked so you wonít be
able to steal it.

Now once it parks there by the casino, you won't have enough time either to
ditch it into the water before it blows up. If you block it and torch it to
force the driver out, it will immediately catch fire and eventually explodes
and gets destroyed in the process. On the PSP, this couldíve been obtainable
it if will only fit the Portland garage, so that you can restore it there
after you successfully destroy it. But much like the case of the bulletproof
Triad Fish van, this Yankee is just too big.

*****************************************************************************
14.08: BULLETPROOF THUNDER RODD AND STALLIONS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Grease Sucho
Location : Portland Island
Character : Ma Cipriani
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

These are exactly the same Fireproof and Exclusively Colored cars in the
Grease Sucho mission. They are Bulletproof after they return back to the
finish/start line, but wonít be anymore once the mission is concluded in
however manner. You can only obtain their Fireproof property.

*****************************************************************************
14.09: BULLETPROOF SANCHEZ MOTORBIKES
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Booby Prize
Location : Portland Island
Character : Maria
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

These are the obtainable Fireproof Sanchez motorbikes in the mission where
you have to race with some gangsters to win back Maria for Salvatore. The
motorbikes are Bulletproof also but only during the mission. But however you
conclude the mission, the bulletproof property is removed from the
motorbikes.

*****************************************************************************
14.10: MASSIMO'S MAVERICK
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Calm Before the Storm
Location : Portland Island
Character : JD O Toole
Source : Lancet Jades/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

The Maverick helicopter Massimo, a Sicilian boss, will be flying in that you
are supposed to follow can be stolen on the PSP version apparently as a
glitch. On the PS2 however, Rockstar fixed this glitch so that there's no way
you can get past the yellow marker on the roof without failing the mission
and the helicopter disappearing.

But even on the PSP version, you can never obtain this helicopter permanently
as you can go a short distance with it around the vicinity of Chinatown only
and then you would fail the mission. Not to mention the fact that the only
garage you have at this point in the game is your Portland garage, which is
simply too small to store a helicopter.

On the PSP version, you can drive a PCJ 600 up the stairs and into the roof
past the yellow marker without failing the mission yet, before the helicopter
arrives. Once the Maverick lands on the roof, you can steal it but the
limitation here is you cannot go far with it for you will eventually fail the
mission and then you'll get wasted also. The mission is scripted to delete
the helicopter once the mission has failed. You can fly around Chinatown but
that's only as far as you can get before you eventually get wasted. This
helicopter happens to have an Exclusive Black color also.

*****************************************************************************
14.11: BULLETPROOF/FIREPROOF HEARSE
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Morgue Party Candidate
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Donald Love
Source : GTA_Loco

The Hearse is just a normal vehicle all along the stages in the mission until
you park it inside Donald Love's garage where it will be transformed into a
Bulletproof/Fireproof Hearse. The problem is, on the PS2 version, once it
becomes proofed, it will be stuck there where you park it. This will only
happen if you drove it or pushed it using another vehicle; once you reach the
spot on the garage where you get the message to leave the car and step out of
the garage, it will be stuck already as soon as you get off the car. No
amount of pushing will enable you to move it. It is unlocked but you won't be
able to drive it out of the garage. Blowing it up won't move it either and
even though you won't fail the mission. Pushing it bodily into the garage
won't get it stuck but the car won't be proofed. Pushing it out of the garage
bodily when you're told to leave the car inside the garage will have the
mission always asking you to get in the car and drive it to the garage.

If you try to jam the garage door with several coaches, the door will just
push them out or slice through them and that will still complete the mission
with the Hearse irretrievable inside. Bottom line is, the Hearse is BP/EP
only inside the garage so anything else you do including ditching it into the
water anytime before you park it there, wonít succeed in obtaining it
Bulletproof & Fireproof.

On the PSP version, the Hearse wonít be stuck on the ground. It becomes
Bulletproof & Fireproof after you park it inside Donaldís garage and step out
of it just a little away without completing the mission. You can drive out
the Hearse again and it will remain Bulletproof & Fireproof, but the problem
is in failing the mission. Certainly you canít pass the mission without
losing the car inside Donaldís garage. But whether you fail the mission by
committing suicide or getting busted while the Hearse is inside the garage,
it will disappear once you failed the mission. It wonít help either
destroying it while you kill yourself inside the garage.

*****************************************************************************
14.12: FIREPROOF MAVERICK
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Passion of the Heist
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Fr. Ned
Source : Lancet Jades/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

As Father Ned asks you to steal a briefcase of diamonds from a dealer, you
will be confronted by several gangsters some of whom will be hitching in a
Maverick that you'd have to destroy. Lancet Jades said that if you rush to
the helicopter quickly enough, you'll be able to reach it before it goes
airborne, although the helicopter will be locked. And once it goes airborne,
it will be difficult already to steal it since it flies higher than you can
possibly perch yourself high enough. You can confirm that it is Fireproof by
locking into it with a flamethrower when it descends within aiming range, and
try torching it. You won't be able to set it ablaze therefore won't force the
pilot out of the helicopter. Sniping the pilot won't kill him also even
though the helicopter isn't bulletproof.

*****************************************************************************
14.13: COMPREHENSIVEPROOF PONY
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Night of the Livid Dreads
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Ray Machowski
Source : GTA_Loco/HuGooGuh/MasterOfWeapons

This Pony could have been another worthy prize if only it is obtainable. One
of the vans a group of Sindaccos will be using to block the exit point in the
alley where you have to save a group of Yardies is a Comprehensiveproof Pony.
After the first cut scene, kill all the attacking Sindaccos and go straight
into that small alley where you will find a Pony blocking the exit to the
road. This van is Comprehensiveproof but stuck on the ground. Nothing will
move it from its place. Using Destroy All Cars Cheat won't unstuck it either.
Failing the mission by killing one of the Yardies will turn this van into a
normal one again.

*****************************************************************************
14.14: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF KAZUKI'S MAVERICK
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Cash in Kazuki's Chips
Location : Staunton Island
Character : Toshiko Kasen
Source : Lancet Jades

As the finale of Toshiko's missions for you, you now at this point have to
kill her husband Kazuki face-to-face after he found out that you and Toshiko
were responsible for his business losses. Killing Kazuki is the only choice
now because it's between Kazuki's life or yours and Toshiko's that's at stake
already at this point.

Lancet Jade discovered a potentially obtainable proofed aircraft in this
mission, although as of its inclusion in the guide, none of the methods he
tried so far has succeeded yet.

Before the confrontation on the casino rooftop, Kazuki will be onboard a
Maverick that's Bulletproof & Fireproof. You can approach the helicopter if
you bypass the yellow marker going to the helipad, by jumping on the stair
railings. However, the Maverick is locked. If you attack it close by in any
manner, it will fly away for spooking Kazuki and the mission will fail. But
if you position yourself from a good distance, you will be able to shoot it
with a minigun or snipe Kazuki with a sniper file without failing the
mission, although this still won't do any effect on Kazuki since his
helicopter is bulletproof. You can force him out with a flamethrower but this
will cut immediately to the cut scene and will also lead to mission failure.

There was something interesting that Lancet Jades discovered about this
helicopter, as one might wonder how you can possibly bring it down to the
ground considering that it's locked and on the rooftop; if you first head
over to Portland Island or Shoreside Vale after it flies to the Casino from
Belleville apartment, for some reasons you will be able to find this landed
on the road just in front of the casino once you come back for it. It can be
pushed, although you need to do a two-vehicle push so as not to spook Kazuki
if you make a direct contact with it with the vehicle you are in. One other
catch here is it can get spooked also if you try to ride in any vehicle that
came into contact with it. It might be possible to push it painstakingly to
the water or perhaps allow a thieving pedestrian to jack it so you can be
able to get into the helicopter.

*****************************************************************************
14.15: EXPLOSIONPROOF SECURICAR
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Shore Side Redemption
Location : Shoreside Vale
Character : Salvatore Leone
Source : GTA_Loco

The van that will be used to transport Salvatore from Shore side Vale
precinct to Staunton Island is Explosionproof from the very start of the
mission. It is unobtainable though since there isn't a way to steal it
without failing the mission. And failing the mission will always make the van
and the police car vanishing. Even during the part where you have to protect
it from the Sicilian ambush, once you jack the van, you'll instantly fail the
mission with the van gone. Successfully completing the mission will also make
the van disappear.

*****************************************************************************
14.16: BULLETPROOF/EXPLOSIONPROOF/FIREPROOF SPEEDERS
*****************************************************************************

Mission : Sicilian Gambit
Location : Portland Island
Character : Salvatore Leone
Source : GTA_Loco

For Salvatore's finale mission for you, when you have followed the Sicilians
and the kidnapped mayor to Newport dockyard in Staunton Island, you will find
three Speeders there one of which is the one you and Salvatore are supposed
to ride. The other two boats where the mayor and some Sicilian gangsters are
onboard are BP/EP/FP, if you haven't triggered the chase yet. Shooting at
them when you're by the stairs or jumping on the dockyard bypassing the
yellow marker will immediately trigger the chase. But you can approach them
without starting the chase if you and Salvatore will ride on a Reefer using a
PCJ 600. You can approach the waiting Speeders very closely, and at this
point there will also be a quirky aspect of the mission wherein the boats and
the characters will appear then disappear depending on where you are
positioned near the dockyard.

If you position yourself in such a way as to make them appear, try shooting
the boats with RPGs, guns or torch them with a flamethrower or molotovs and
they won't take damages neither the gangsters getting killed. Strangely the
chase won't be triggered too. You can even kill the mayor and you won't fail
the mission. Everything will just strangely reappear as they were should you
change your position. Killing Salvatore is the only way to fail the mission
before the chase, but if you kill Salvatore while the boats are visible, they
will remain there in the dockyards but they wonít be proofed anymore.

*****************************************************************************
14.17: BULLETPROOF RACING CARS AND MOTORBIKES
*****************************************************************************

All the Fireproof racing cars and motorbikes in the street races from
Portland Island to Shoreside Vale are bulletproof vehicles once you started
the race and once they have finished the laps. But the bulletproof property
of these racing vehicles are toggled off only during the race, and are
removed from the vehicles once you have concluded the race in any manner,
assuming you obtained one. You can only get any of them as having a Fireproof
property following on the recommended methods in the Proofed Vehicles section
where they are listed.

*****************************************************************************
14.18: EXPLOSIONPROOF VEHICLES IN 9MM MAYHEM, SCOOTER SHOOTER & AWOL ANGEL
*****************************************************************************

All the vehicles you can find in these hidden vehicle missions including the
ones you will be riding in are Explosionproof, but only while doing the
mission. They revert back to being normal ones once you leave the mission and
assuming you obtain any of them when you fail it.
