Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) has released a new trailer and a batch of concept art and screenshots from Siren: Blood Curse, showcasing this upcoming game previosly know as Siren: New Translation. Developed for PS3, Siren: Blood Curse is a remake of Forbidden Siren for the PlayStation 2 released back in 2003. Check the fact sheet for details.

SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation New Screens

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) also released a new batch of concept art and screenshots from SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation, illustrating this game in the works at Slant Six Games and due to hit the store shelves on September 16th, exclusively for PS3. SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation gives players the opportunity to battle against the best and brightest from the U.S., Europe and Asia. Additionally, players will be able to modify their appearance through facial and physical customization. The game features seven North African environments, including a 32-player version of the most popular SOCOM map of all time "Crossroads". Additional themed packs containing new Special Forces, weapons, maps and features will be made available for download via the PLAYSTATION Store.

Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) has released new Killzone 2 screenshots, illustrating this upcoming action sequel due to be available in February 2009, exclusively for PS3. Killzone 2 throws players back into the midst of a hostile and dramatic ongoing battle between the ISA and Helghast army. Following events and action from the original Killzone for PlayStation 2, Killzone 2 promises to set a new standard for next-gen gaming by delivering intense warfare with incredibly lifelike character animations, highly detailed and destructible environments, realistic physics, and advanced levels of artificial intelligence (A.I.). EVE Online: Empyrean Age Trailer and Screens

CCP Games has released the first trailer from EVE Online: Empyrean Age , showcasing the upcoming expansion for this popular MMORPG (thanks: Voodoo Extreme). Word is: "The four major Empires of EVE have broken their long-standing peace and are marshalling their forces for war. The outcome hinges on the actions of the galaxy's immortal pod pilots, allowing players to direct the course of the conflict. The events of Empyrean Age have been a long time coming, building upon nearly a century of political tension. Access to Jovian technology ushered in the age of the pod pilots and shattered the balance of power, and recent events have sparked a march towards total war". Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released two more trailers from Project Origin, showcasing this videogame sequel to the hit game F.E.A.R., developed by Monolith Productions. Thanks: Voodoo Extreme. Project Origin tells the story of an escalating paranormal crisis that threatens to destroy a major American city. At the center of the calamity is the mysterious Alma, whose rage against those who wronged her triggered a chain of events that have spiraled completely out of control. Now that she has free reign, the consequences will be unimaginable. Project Origin will be available this fall, for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Dead Space Story Trailer

Electronic Arts has also released a new trailer from Dead Space, a third-person sci-fi survival horror game currently under development at EA Redwood Shores and scheduled to hit the store shelves across Europe and North America on October 21st, for PS3 and Xbox 360. The game follows Isaac Clarke, an ordinary man on a routine mission to fix the communications systems aboard a deep space mining ship. Isaac soon realizes that the ship's crew has been ravaged by an alien infestation, so he must fight through the dead silence and darkness of deep space to stay alive.

Mass Effect PC Story Trailer

Electronic Arts has released a new trailer from Mass Effect, showcasing the PC version due to be available on May 28 in North America and June 6 in Europe. , new Quick-save button and increased number of save slots, new decryption mini-game, as well as new inventory screen GUI and functionality. Substantial attention was also paid to visuals and game flow, featuring higher resolution environments and characters. The "Bring Down the Sky" downloadable content for Mass Effect on PC, featuring 90 minutes of new gameplay, will also be available for free, for registered BioWare Community members at the launch of the game.
