Crave Entertainment and Professional Bull Riders (PBR) in partnership with D2C Games have announced the release of Professional Bull Riders: Out of the Chute, a PBR game in which you play as one of your favorite pro bull riders, favorite bull or create your own rider in multiple events and locations. In the Rider vs. Bull mode, you will compete against a friend where one of you is a rider and the other is the bull. Professional Bull Riders: Out of the Chute is available on PSP and PC.

Carolina Games Summit Details Announced

The Carolina Games Summit will be held 10 a.m.-9 p.m. on Saturday, February 7th, 2009 at Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, NC. The event includes video game tournaments, industry speakers, live music, educational sessions, and exhibition booths. Attendees may participate in sponsored tournaments and enjoy unlimited free play on full-size classic arcades as well as the latest consoles and computer gaming systems. Frogster Interactive today announced that the Runes of Magic open beta test will start on December 15th. Runes of Magic is a free-to-play MMO with over 600 quests embedded in an atmospheric world, six main classes, unique skills, impressive combo attacks and mounts in the later stages of the game. Players can choose from six main classes when starting into a new online career. According to individual preferences, they can select to play a warrior, ranger, cleric, knight, mage or a rogue. When a character reaches level 10, the player can select a secondary class, which augments the possible class combinations up to 30 individual combination types. November 2008 Biggest Xbox EU Sales Month Ever

Microsoft today announced that November 2008 was their biggest sales month in their six-year European history, with sales up 124% over last November. GfK-ChartTrack data shows that the console outsold PlayStation 3 across the entire region and in particular has seen significant gains in markets like France, Spain and Italy, where it has been outselling PlayStation 3 week after week. Xbox 360 has sold more than seven million consoles in Europe since its launch in November 2005 and was the fastest-growing console in Europe for the month of November, with sales up year-over-year 124% versus 43% for Wii and 3% for PlayStation 3.

Suikoden: Tierkreis Release Confirmed and New Screens

Confirming its upcoming March launch, Konami has released lots of new screenshots from Suikoden: Tierkreis for the Nintendo DS, the latest installment in the Suikoden series which marks the franchise's debut on this platform. The game features the franchise's established gameplay, while maximizing the technological capabilities of the DS to provide a rich online community experience where players will be able to send their characters on quests that other members of the community will complete for them.
