- Adds Tournament editor
- Improves game speed
- Adds match sound in Vista
- Fixes the Belgian league bug.
- Adds Adriatic league to big database.
- Adds Turkish language
- Changes all Teams, Players, Managers, Team owners and Sponsor names to the real ones.
- Changes how team administration deals with the budget. From now on will give in the start of the season “Season Budget” + “Current balance” which means more money for all teams.
- Corrects small errors in Players' training calculation when using Attack Systems program.
- Fixes the Data editor bug in Windows Vista.
- Fixes the Lithuanian schedule bug.
- Fixes the Lithuanian translation in view scouting report screen.
- Improvements in Greek translation.
- Works with saved games from versions 1.8.1. 1.8.2. and 1.8.3.
