SouthPeak Games released new screens from Big Bang Mini, a fireworks-based shooter in which the main objective is to use the stylus to create fireworks in order to deal with waves of enemies that loom overhead. Miss and you'll be forced to tackle another challenge - avoiding falling sparks created by your missed explosions. The end of each level comes with a unique opportunity for would-be fireworks designers to make the 'Final Bouquet' - a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that will proclaim your victory. Big Bang Mini will be released for Nintendo DS during Q1 2009.

Gala Networks Europe today released a trailer and new screens from Dragonica, a new MMO which puts the 3D side-scrolling action into an online format, being released in English, French and German languages via the European gPotato gaming portal during Q1 2009. A mixture of classic 2D side-scrollers and combo heavy action games, the combat system from Dragonica will allow you to experiment with various attack combinations to see the most eye-popping and comical combat animations. Empire Interactive today announced Martian Panic, a Wii game developed by N-Fusion Interactive Entertainment and scheduled for the first half of 2009. The Martian Invasion Force has targeted Earth for complete destruction and players will need more than manpower and firepower to avoid mission defeat. If one gun at a time isn't enough, players can grab a second Wii Remote and blast away in the game's dual-wielding mode. Up to four players can battle simultaneously against the Martian onslaught.
