Global Star Software has released a patch for Starship Tycoon, upgrading this title developed by Positech Games to v229 - however, details are not available (thanks: The Patches Scrolls). A demo is also available for download, allowing you to try out this game that "puts you in the position of a futuristic businessman running his own stellar shipping company".
