We now have a new set of screenshots from ArmA 2, this sequel set in the near future, year 2009, in a fictional state of Chernarus, a post-Soviet country where civil war raged for over 2 painful years. As a leader of USMC Force Recon team, you are sent with your squad to prevent further civilian casualties and ensure ongoing stability in Chernarus. ArmA 2 promises to deliver a large-scale game world, authentic and extremely detailed modern units, weapons, vehicles and environments, challenging single player and a vast array of multiplayer options. Developed by Bohemia Interactive, ArmA 2 will be published in Europe by 505 Games in Q1 2009.
SouthPeak Games today introduced Mayor Ninja, a new character from Ninjatown for the Nintendo DS, a game based on the Shawnimals' designer toy line. If you like press conferences about every mundane happening in daily life, and parades, you'll love Mayor Ninja. Diplomatic to a fault, like most politicians he means well, but ends up causing more harm than good when al is said and done. Ninjatown is now available across North America, with a UK release being planned for November 28th.

Pinnacle Software released new screenshots from Football Director DS, the first football management game for the Nintendo DS, scheduled to be available on November 28th. Designed by veteran football management game designer Roger Womack and developed by Bradford-based Four Door Lemon, the game gives you control over first team, youth team and backroom staff and features realistic match simulation, post-match analysis of all matches, intuitive interface and lots of statistical records and tactical options.
