Internet Gaming Gate today announced that the Phase 3 Skill Manual, an item previously obtainable only from the Voyage Century Online Item Mall, will now drop in-game if you beat the boss on Hurricane Island or dig for treasure to make an exchange for it. They also promise that more and more items will be available in-game in the future. Check the press release for details and download the client.
