The Metal Gear Online open beta is now live. You can download and install the file from the PlayStation Store, obtain a Konami ID and a Game ID on Konami's website and, theoretically, start playing. The servers are probably so busy that I couldn't play at all, just fiddle with the menu, due to all sorts of server disconnects. I just hope Konami fixes this and fast enough so that everybody could get a chance to play and enjoy the game. Update - the beta is postponed until they fix the servers. An announcement will be made tomorrow regarding the actual start of the beta. On the other hand, the beta will end on May 11th, instead of May 6th.
