We have a batch of concept art from Urban Empires, a 3D action shooter with RTS elements, a 3D gang simulation where you'll have to fight other gangs to win city reign. Previously known as Gang War, the game features both strategic and action elements, so you can take control of your individual gang members to steal vehicles and mug honest citizens. Developed by Radioactive Software, Urban Empires is set to be released worldwide later this year.
