cdv Software Entertainment USA sent us new screenshots from Theatre of War, illustrating the real time tactical wargame developed by 1C Company and due to hit the store shelves in North America in May 2008. In Theatre of War, players will command hundreds of different unit types in 5 historically accurate campaigns (US, UK, Soviet, German, French and Polish). The game features real time combat simulation: realistic shell ballistics, armor penetration calculations and damage effects coupled with destructible environments, trenches, fortifications and individually tracked weapons, equipment, ammo and vehicles.
