For optimal performance it is strongly recommended at you exit all Windows programs before running this application. A) GAME OVERVIEW Power Mad is a light strategy game where you struggle for power supremecy against four chosen computer opponents, all caricatured after real world politicians and leaders. The game is turn-based which means the player (that's you) chooses their actions from the list, picks a target and then views the results. Then the four computer controlled players each get a turn. The game continues until either the player is eliminated or if the player eliminates their four opponents. Your final score is based on your average "Power Rating" throughout the game and your power rating is determined by the number of civilians, troops, nukes and peace initiatives you have in each city. 1 Civilian Unit = 2 points 1 Troop Unit = 1 point 1 Nuke Unit = 10 points 1 Peace Unit = 10 points You will always spawn new troops at the beginning of your turns but nuke and peace initiatives must be built (at a cost of 5 troops each) and you must use propaganda to increase your civilian population.
