Enlight announced today that the its space simulation game, X2: The Threat, has gone gold. A sequel to the Egosoft's X: Beyond the Frontier, X2: The Threat "transports players back into the dynamic X-Universe where gameplay is completely boundless and a new race is introduced- determined to disrupt the harmony within the galaxy."
